    Dont know the score, but liberty won, creating a 4 way tie for second..... there will be a 4 team tournament on thurs and fri. At HJ to determine the #2,#3 and #4 seed... one will be left out...

    Another 20+ point win for the Lady Hawks as they improve to 27-5 on the season and 7-0 in district. Junior Tunisha Strong led the Lady Hawks with 25.

    With recruiting rules like they are, a kid has to play and be seen during periods (spring and summer) where they can be seen. Coaches, parents and players also have to be actively involved!

    Hardin Jefferson clinched the district championship with a 78-23 win. Soph. Delberta Guillory Smith had 33 for the Lady Hawks, hitting 9 three pointers. The Lady Hawk JV remained undefeated with a 24 point win, also clinching the district championship.

    Liberty Hill is the team to beat in region 3... yates/Wheatley will have a playoff to see who wins their district. navasota is good, HJ is good, silsbee is good, Diboll is good... lots of talent in region 3 this year. all depends on who is playing well at the right tome

    This has the makings of what happened when TJ and Lincoln combined. Sometimes, expectations are set unrealistically high... So high in fact that no matter what the result it is doomed to be considered a failure because it didn’t live up to the “hype”. They get one chance to do it right..... hope all goes well.
