Dayton flipped the switch last week.  Bad news for the injuns.  I'm looking forward to this one.

Any nominations for best snack bar?  I've been extremely disappointed by the cheese to jalapeno ratio on my nacho orders as of late. "just easin' the tension baby" (in my best chubbs from Happy Gilmore voice)

Hoping for a big win tonight.  I would like to see this team build some confidence and get this stampede rolling.

Speaking of 3's.  How high up on the list do you think Carranco can get for PAT's and FG's?

Not really dogging the play calling although I think the pass is more effective when the run has been established.  My point was that this Dayton team has enough horses in the stable to make a run.  They need to play with confidence and a chip on their shoulder.

[/quote]sorry duder but look at the kids we had last year and we are not even close talent wise. 3 kids from last years team are playing d1 not to mention bladwin duff and our offensive lineman that all left I see possibly one kid on this team that could play even d2 ball [/quote] You have the same kids playing the skill positions on offense.  This years DB's are much improved from last year. Biggest losses were on the D-Line, but the offense should be putting up 40 a game to cover any lack of experience there.  If you really watch the games, you will notice that the schemes are a little different. Just saying that there is enough talent on the team for them to succeed.

Why all the excuses from the purple section? GCM and BH kicked the Broncos right in the a-double crooked letter.  Dayton can salvage a sub-par district season by winning out.  The Dayton/Crosby game should be good in the sense that it will be competitive.  I don't know how high the level of play will be on either side.  Broncos have a lot of potential that has yet to be realized this season.  Hopefully they can build some confidence and gain some steam as they head into the playoffs.

How bout "The Fractionater Fracas", since the only geographic feature separating the two schools are cow pastures and chemical plants.

Don't sleep on Fowler from Crosby.  He's got a good leg as well.

I miss Tyrone.

AJ DUGAT.  Most exciting high school football player I have seen.  Always elevated his game in crunch time.  That guy was fun to watch. Purple Forever should dig into the vault and post up a highlight reel.

It would be nice to see all of these local players versus DFW or North Texas. Heck, I'd like to see a 19-4A vs 20-4a all star game every January!
