Might have to check this one out after work this evening.  I'm pulling for 19-4A, but it's hard to root against Central.  Hopefully, this one will be a really good game.  I think Central wins this one.

Not sure if Brenham should have beat Aledo, but they certainly could have.  When you get to the state final or semi final game every game is winnable.  It just comes down to what team is better on any given night. BTW, I would REALLY like to see your running back versus the Dayton Bronco defense. 

Impressed with the performances that St. Andre, Toussant, and CJ Burke have had recently.  Joe Duff has been REALLY good this season as well.  There are lot's of good players on the defense.  The offense isn't too shabby this year either. ;)

[/quote] We didn't get pushed around, we just didn't have the depth to keep fresh legs in the game.  Losing 5 will do that to you.  That was a shootout and in the end we were just a little too tired and the ball didn't bounce our way.  This year's defense is one of the best I've seen in bronco land as far as overall team defense goes.  I like this team and if we take care of business against Livingston, I think the broncos might have a little something to prove if Brenham gets to round 2.  It's not too often that the Broncos go into a game as the underdogs.

Does Rip have more left in the tank when playing linebacker or when playing DE and TE/T on offense.  Less running is involved with the offensive and defensive line line scenario, but he is really good at LB.  What do you guys think? I REALLY like the Defensive line when Rip, Wright, and Toussant are playing.  Don't forget that Booth can play a little Defensive End as well.  Can you imagine how nasty the combo of those four players would be subbing in and out on the Defensive line?

So you are saying that those two will be ready to move across the river for academic reasons and be broncos at the end of the school year?  Glad to hear it, but they might have to look into switching positions if they want to play.
