1. Is KW still running the Air Force Option?
 2. Oh Gawd they have the 3 blind mice calling this one....
 3.
What Kenny has done: Put Memorial in the playoffs Built a family mentality the players (east & west side) Built a positive demeanor Put athletes in a position to best expose their talent. These are the Best defense Memorial has ever had Incorporated the pass into a traditionally running school while still putting up BIG rushing #’s BEAT NS Gotten better from year 1 to 2 How much are u gettin paid to post this trash?
Also, built a sound summer program however...... Both sides of the ball fall short of the little things..... and 4 teams go to the playoffs so playing in week 11 is no big feat in a six team district which on paper has C'view and Sterling which are gimmies....
 4.
SFA, is that the player that is suppose to be a D-1 player?
Yep.  You can coach technique but you can't coach 6'5ish 290.  Supposedly committed to UofH and the Cougar coaches know of his shortcomings visavie(sp) staying low....

But........ What does that have to do with KRH's ability or lack thereof to coach?  What does that have to do with missed tackles, Dlinemen(Sloan mostly) not disengaging with the WB Olinemen to find the ball carrier?  Linebackers waiting on the play to come to them vs taking the initative(after WB ran the same counter play 4 times prior) to blitz to blow up the blocking? The Katy's and the Trinity's of the world win with tradition and doing the little things right.  PAM has yet to do the little things on a consistant basis.  When that happens, PAM will do well locally and in the playoffs....
I read you SFA, I still say, they have been doing something right....LET THEM LEARN FROM THIS LOSS....What if after the LP game it's: PAM - 42, LP 18...!  Is PAM still struggling or did they adjust?
I dunno Sarge,  weak link on the Dline just observing what I see.  And unless PAM commits to stopping the run, which the Dline will have to come up big, it will be LP again beating PAM with TB counters and play action.....
 6.
SFA85, I'm sure Kenny is not calling the defense. I see he brought in a new DC this year and the assistant's that each HC has is very important. Maybe he is still trying to get the right staff in place. Memorial is not a school that is going to be real attractive for some of the better coaches in the state. Back in your day if Marler didn't have Coach Green, what kind of coach would he have been.
Yeah Barnes is the DC and a good choice but defensively speaking, they should've taken #99 out sooner.  And you are so right about Marler not having Green..... I'm trying to keep my criticisms of KRH as objective and non-personal as I can.  Offensively, PAM became more hamstrug after Romar went down plus the QB keeps trying to force feed #8 and that's understandable since it's his first year starting.... Just as an aside, the same complaints PAM fans often have here, WB fans complain about Stump.  I was told by a good friend of mine who son starts @safety had some of the same gripes after the WB/NS game so eventhough KRH gets it here all the time, things ain't all that rosey in the West End according to some.....
This is his third year, and what have you done before him?????  Exactly!!!!!!!!! The last time PA had a GREAT team was TJ in the 80s!!!  Jamal carried his team (3 rounds deep)! And it was more talented than any of Kenny's team. The James Johnson/ Calvin Roberst team was the most talented in Memorial history but went no where!!  The Shanderrick Charles' team were a tough 4A out!!!  He was dynamic, but they didnt go deep in 4A!  Outside of Jamal's one year 3 round run, where has PA went!!! I will answer that for you, "To State in BASKETBALL!"  Be realistic! Is there a State team in PA?  Probably not yet (heck there hasn't been one the last 3 decades), but in three years this team has truly grown into a 5A competitor!! (without a Jamal Charles in sight!!!!!)  I guess the last 3 decades are all Kenny's fault???
For the record, SFA had 2 semifinal runs in '83 and '86 and had a undefeated regular season in '94......
 9. Once apon a time, a group of Panthers from Anahauc, led by Micheal Ricks, went to the Black Pearl and put it on then 5A Vidor so anything is possible......
 10. Everybody knows I've been the biggest KWH critic around.  I can't put the poor defensive performance on KH other than I guess he should've pulled Sloan early when it was obvious he couldn't find the ball.  As for all the missed tackles, again, I think this is the poorest game defensively PAM has played.  Plus being down @the half, I guess the kids took it for granted they could come back like they did against NS.  I just hope they show up mentally for the last 2 regular season games.....

 13.
If any of you would take the time to read the full story you can see that the writer is banking on Central resting starters against PN-G from his comments later in the what if section. I know Central will not after last year and it should be a very good game.
The writer, then is an idiot.  They only rest players in the the pros, which is also idiotic......
 14. Our Dline(Sloan) kept getting caught up in individual battles with the WB Olinemen instead of holding their ground and finding the ball carrier.  We Stump is quoted saying, "We felt we could run up the middle....", that was a result of poor line play by PAM.  Also, alot of missed tackles by the LB's and DB's.  Probably the worst game PAM has played defensively this year...
 15.
just remember yall are coming to the most hostile and intimidating place to play...THE RESERVATION!!!
Last time the North End invaded the Rez, 16-0 Central and they won the fight too.......

 21.

Well Central dropped to 4A and didn't let MC schools run roughshot over them.  Just comparing coaching records.  Brooks by a wide margin was best.  Just couldn't deal with the high expectations from the Pear.....
Hard to compare Ozen when Lewis was there and Central when they dropped from 5A to 4A because Ozen was a brand new high school and Lewis started a brand new football program from scratch. Now he did have the several D1 athletes but he also made the playoffs and that is when they were only taking 3 schools. I just know that since he left, they have not done a whole lot of winning regaurdless of their offensive style. And after watching thier QB the other night, they still have D1 athletes. I know you are not a big fan of the spread but that kid was built to run it. He is pretty impressive.
The Brooks years, Ozen either won or tied for first in a district which included PN-G, WO-S, Nederland, and Silsbee. Only the 2nd year which they lost to PN-G, Ned, and WO-S, they stayed home.  Ozen opened with higher expectations while Central's expectations were low being they were losing to WO-S while in 5A with regularity.  And to Central's credit, they have had coaching changes if not more than Ozen, and all but 1 made the playoffs with Stowers going 4 rounds deep.....
 22. Well Central dropped to 4A and didn't let MC schools run roughshot over them.  Just comparing coaching records.  Brooks by a wide margin was best.  Just couldn't deal with the high expectations from the Pear.....
 23. Arthur Lewis, as much as I like the guy, was not, I repeat, was not the best coach @Ozen.  He was 0-6 vs. Mid County despite putting out on average of 6 D1 players per year because he didn't worry about, emphaisize(sp), focus on, defense.  Total wins, best coach goes to Brooks period, end of discussion.  Whenever Ozen gets a coach who emphasises defense and scraps the Spread O, Ozen will win more consistantly.  Until then, they will wallow in underacheivement.  And for the record, I like and respect Coach Nelson but he's under the Spread O spell also....
