Where's PN-G's 1800+ yard rusher from last year?  Just asking....
Just come on out and say it what you really want to. We have three lineman that could play at the next level. Doty could play at the next level if he chooses to. DJ could play also. Saying none is just showing how you really feel.
I guess we'll find out signing day.  Now I need clarity on what 'the next level' is.  D1? or anything from NAIA to JUCO.  If that's the case then most of the Oline and Doty for sure.  No hiden messages here.  I'm a grown man and will say what I need to say clearly, if and when the time comes.....
 2. There's a core group of about 12 including 9 Seniors to be working out @the soon to be close Beaumont Health and Fitness.  Rick Mohica is working them out with yours truly helping in between sets.  Working on building a foundation for the future and how properly to workout.  I try to tell them how easy it is to get a trophy but how hard it is to keep it.  This is the 4th group of Central players to come through since that 4-6 season.....
Pearland Head Coach Tony Heath has been to the big dance before (three times with the La Marque cougars) They will not be awed, especially after beating oft repeat champs Katy Tigers. Euless is power...Pearland is speed. Where I come from (La Marque) speed kills. Go Oilers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw ET in person.  They have both size and speed and their coach came from SLC before the Spread.  Old fashioned, smash mouth football......
 6. Driving the Haka Bandwagon.  ET by 10......
 7. As the group Talking Heads once sang, "Same as it ever was....." Like I stated in another thread when the bulk of you were poo-pooing LM's chances of beating Dayton, the Coogs based on their tradition, had a better chance of winning their 6th ring before Dayton wins their first.....

 9. More of the same.  Danaher couldn't get past LM when his son rushed for over 8K.  5 rings by 3 TD's
 10.
Does anyone know Houston Memorial's district standing?  Noticed they have 5 losses so was wondering how they placed in their district. Going to the semi-finals with 5 losses is an impressive feat.  (also several 10-3 teams still playing).
4-3 according to Chron.com.  Loses to Katy, Cinco Ranch, and Katy Taylor
International athletes....... Hey Scooter, you have a dumb arse poster of the week contest also? If so, I nominate this yahoo from Stowell who can see Trinity High from his back porch.....
:D :D :D :D I heard the Coppell fans were chanting USA at the game also towards Trinity.
I don't get it.  Why were the Coppell people chanting USA as if they were playing the Russians?
I think the defense did a good job of stopping the run sat (good enough to win away), but you can't keep giving up the ball like we did sat., and expect the defense to stop them all day. Both turnovers were in HM's territory, we would have been up 21-0 on them, they had no answer for our offense.
PAM has always had a problem with traditional offenses since going to the spread.  0-4 against LP.  1-1 against Central(as long as they run out of the I).  SB Memorial did nothing fancy and PAM either threw sideways or tried to go deep instead of running crossing routes.  Again, as long as PAM continues to run the spread, they will never beat teams that may not be as talented as they but out execute them.....
 17.
Nederland stopped winning in my opinion when we switched to the spread offense. We went from getting 1st and 2nd in district year in and year out to trying to hang on for fourth place. I think we have talented coaches, I just don't think the spread has been good for us.
Ned never finished first during Neumann's tenure Jake......
 18. Nope.  ET will travel down 183 to 360 to I-30.......
What the heck are you talking about?  Did you even manage to read any of this stuff? Who's running out of BISD?  Enrollment is doing good.  As I said, this have nothing to do with the current topic...   ::) ::)
Denial isn't a river in egypt.  Bisd enrollment has been flat for over twenty years.  As for who is moving out of the district, surely you aren't that ignorant?  All of the white people are leaving bisd.  It started with the great ping pong ball debacle of 1980.  Slowed in the early 90's with the promise of neighborhood schools.  And has picked back up again under the watch of the current superintendent and board.  Since you are in total denial, look at the white enrollment in bisd.  It is around 15% now!
Your still not proving a point... Just sound like a bitter and ignorant individual...
So the non white increase of students in Nederland, PNG, BC, and Lumberton is due to the white people leaving BISD?   Or due to the current board and superintendent in BISD? Crime rate might scare them. Couldnt be any other reason or could it? Thoughts?
so are you trying to say those cities haven't seen white people relocating their from beaumont?  So the fact that lumberton has grown from about 2000 people to over 10000 since the mid 80's is because of the 4 or 5 black people that'd live there?  The blacks in nederland are likely there because of rita and blacks leaving port arthur.  I imagine some are from beaumont too.  There is a relatively large group of blacks that do not want to go to school at predominantly black schools.  All of beaumont and port arthur's schools are either all black or predominantly black.  So there are no longer predominantly white schools for them to attend.  In any event, white kids have not been given a chance to fairly participate in 'black' sports in beaumont.  Consequently, bisd loses good families who may also have very talented kids to other school districts.  I know my comments aren't politically correct but that doesn't mean they aren't true.  If you look back at the 1982 wb team you will see that it was loaded with very talented black AND white players.  The french team also had some talented white kids.  Since the early 80's there has been a "to heck with the white people" attitude/movement led by people like paul brown and howard trahan.  This has picked up dream again with the current bisd superintendent and board of trustees.  If you don't think this has negatvely impacted athletics in beaumont then you would be ignorant.
Yeah right...... That '82 WB team had 3 starters from Forest Park.  You're right about that French team but to say White kids are/were being denied in  so-called 'Black Sports' is ludicris.  West Enders are just sorry @football and basketball so they attend Kelly and Legacy if they stay here and the HF's and H-J's of the world if they don't

 23. What's funny about this back and forth?  95% of you think LM's some sort of upstart program.  5 rings to none for Dayton.  That's tradition on LM's part despite their recent woes.  And they will probably get their 6th ring before Dayton gets its first.....
 24. Well I went with the 5 rings and ended up right......
