1. The refs were not on point. They impacted the game in the last 10 seconds .... 5 very soft fouls in the last 10 seconds.
2. LCM should have "on-side kicked" the whole game.
3. Little League Baseball has stripped the U.S. championship from the Chicago-based Jackie Robinson West team and has suspended the coach for violating a rule prohibiting the use of players who live outside the geographic area that the team represents, it was announced Wednesday. The Jackie Robinson West team, the first all-African-American team to win the championship, must vacate wins from the 2014 Little League Baseball International Tournament -- including its Great Lakes Regional and United States championships. Breaking the rules will always hurt kids.

Awesome Blocking for him and he is really fast.[/quote None taken. Nothing wrong with pointing out kids that runs for several hundred yards. You always give credit when credit is due. The Mohawk reduced the drag. LOL. GREAT job on the Sr. game B.

8. The use of the GoPro is to document the conduct of coaches that Are F'bombing 5/6 year old kids and refs. Today, we a very vocal parent/Fan on the sideline. As soon as this parent saw the GoPro as I appoarched them , the situation was immediate defused. These adults that conduct themselves in an unsportsmanlike manners have very short memories and 1,000 reasons to justify this conduct. I'm very hesitant to answer any questions on this board because those who are against the ones that spend 1,00 of hours away from their families and constantly are being bombarded with personnel attacks while having every word possible twisted to justify thier conduct. But your right, it's a shame that I have to take these step to insure that any situation is handled correctly And that STJFL survives as a league. So why would anyone be against all STJFL Rep wearing a GoPro to eliminate these adults that ruin such an event for children. #proudGoProuser
9. Brilliant!!!!!!! You must have a Harvard education. That has made more sense than the three people with seven usernames on the board ever said about the situation. Hope the STJFL rep has his GoPro during all this turd Rolling. In case a turd hits the fan. Moderator please edit for language if required.
10. Get with your association STJFL board of Directors Representative (Board is made from members of 12 individual schools) and they can help you or let you know the next open meeting location. Why get second hand information???
11. Ever consider Westend Beaumont Board Of directors knew certain facts that they didn't follow. Actions of All adults affect kids.
12. OF 26 vs WOS W 7 Very tough well played game.
13. I'm guessing no Lamar, No PNG Stadium and maybe even no playoffs cause since STJF is a non profit league, they will have to take a loan of to hire an attorney also. There goes the neighborhood. Wrap this football season up after Saturday. I hope everyone enjoys your last game this weekend. THREAD TOPIC ANSWERED.
14. You can actually ban people who break the rules??? What a genius ideal. Good job! I've been waiting in the hammer.
15. If every organization tried to write a rule for every situation for every "Coach/Lawyer", the rule book with be terabytes big. Just like society, you can't legislate morality. STJFL nor the Government can be at every corner, sometimes you have to govern yourself. If not STJF or the Government will get complaints of being a "Police" state. So I have a corvette, limit is 55 mph. But the cop gives me a ticket for driving 55 mph because the road conditions in his opinion are unsafe. Who would say, "Officer, I have a Vett that goes 210 mph, how can I tell it not to speed. " I would suggest for you to take your vett off the "public roads" and take yourself to Baytown and run with the big Dogs.
16. It is my understanding that both STJFL and Lone Star football leagues are both recreational league and as recreational leagues, they try to keep it competitive with rules and code of conducts for players and coaches. However, if you have such a dominant team or a world class 12 year player that scores a Touchdown each and every time he touches the ball, I ask you this question. Why would you waste your time with these little league organizations??? There are plenty of select football teams that would love to have your son or team. Bmt Bulls or Black Diamonds come to mind. If you have a 6'5" 13 year old son/daughter basketball player what "benefit" would they be getting playing in Little Dribblers? There are Elite/Premier select basketball teams that travel all over the country to play better competition. I know The Heat or Ballhawks would love to have them. If you have a 13 year old baseball player that throws 80 mph, what benefit are you doing to your son to put him in a local "Little League" where he will dominate the competition. There are local Premier Baseball team that travel all over the country to play higher caliber ball. I know the Banditos would love to have them. So if your son or daughter is making straight A's in all their Basic Classes, you as a parent should bump him/her up to honors and challenge them. So, stop wasting your child's or super teams talent and time and you should leave these local "Little League" football organizations and join these premier football teams that will make your child better. These "Open" leagues allow your son or team to score or win by a 100 points with no problems. So go Premier, Unless your looking to get a bumper sticker that says "My Child makes Straight A's in remedial Classes". If these local little league are so terrible then go select. I know select baseball is slowly killing little league national program.
17. OF 38 vs Lumberton 0 (7th graders) OF 24 vs Lumberton 6 (8th graders)
If your kids sucks then Winning at 10 and getting that 1st trophy in LL trumps all including your kids arm. If your kid is going to the next level as in Div I / Pro baseball then winning at 17 isn't really that important.
Wow!
Two of the most ridiculous statements,I've ever read on this site!
Which is more ridiculous. The fact that I typed that as a joke or the fact that it may be true that kids as young at 10/11/12 yr olds throw 20-30 "curve" balls each outing. I've never seen an under 16 yr old kid do anything "with proper" technique with consistence. Even the pro player tell me that they have to focus on each and evey type of breaking pitch they throw. You'll never find anyone more anti breaking ball than me. We've talked about this typical a million time and a million dad always say " my 3 year has been taught to throw curves with the proper technique. Ha Ha Ha. JBW that is the most ridiculous statement I've heard.
