I got my fishing in AND Cowboys and Horns in too, Coach...no worries! Daughter missed Marshall game Saturday btw ...collision with another player in morning practice before game, took 14 stitches down the eyebrow and will be wearing a mask this week to play! BH won by 40 with 2 starters out. We are DEEP. ;D -

The posts were about teams that play in "SETX" (which is an argument as old as setxsports.com) and those that 20-4a may have face in the playoffs... -
BH now 10-0. Channelview up next on Tues, then Katy Nike Classic begins Thursday (first game vs Jersey Village - 6:30 pm).

BIG difference between Elsik and Elkins! Elkins much weaker, but end result the same - Ozen and Clear Springs in the final. -

Agree...but Livingston is WAY down this year, wont be surprised if they struggle to get the 4 spot in 20-4A. -
I'm thinking HJ should take this one, Central is down this year.

HF is a pretty darn good 3A team...need to shoot better from outside IMO to get the defense off their bigs.

Dekaney smacked em good 57-39..very surprising, but looks like Dekaney is the real deal this year. Manvel's two all-stars are Soph and Fresh, so I expect them to mature a lot by playoffs. -

Congrats!!! was hoping to get to see you back on here, Dim. Cant get any updates on Ozen without ya. Sure disappointed we will not get to face O until possibly the Region final. Good luck to you guys....but don't think you will need it. ;) -

Well I was hopefully wanting to start some actual smack on this board no matter who won, but losing your PG at a critical time is no joking matter. Sounds like Dayton was underestimated by Ozen, which I figured would happen. Good job to two good teams, Ozen should cruise in final. I REALLY hope the PG is ok...if you know me, you know that is true.
Ok, a little smack to both teams - play a REAL pre-district schedule then come tell me how good you are... 8)

This is mainly for Ozen fans. Ozen will likely see Manvel before we do in playoffs. Turner is a BEAST, but she has strong surrounding cast.

IF they pressed the whole game, that is pretty sad. Cheater always calls it honestly, so I tend to believe it. I will say that my daughters junior high team had some similar scores back in the day, but they never pressed in 2nd half and usually pulled up at half court on steals to let the defense set up (which is insulting enough in itself).
