Thanks for all the prayers that was sent up for my son Ty Dennis .. He is doing well now it was a scary moment he was unresponsive for about 45min that's was the worst moment a parent could ever go thru .. But wit all the prayers he just came out wit a concussion an wut they call a spin stinger. There is no time on his return r if he will .. Thanks for all the prayers an concerns for my son

Deweyville kids had a big heart and stayed playing hard the whole game. You could tell their kids where getting tired but they still played hard. Good luck Deweyville with the rest of the year !!!!!

Friday or Thursday ?

East Chambers turned the old basketball gym into weight and indoor practice. Sutherland did a great job.

Slade has done a great job playing through all the injuries (Knee, Hand and Foot). We now need for all our threats to come together and really play as a team. We need the QB to have a good night to open up the run for all three RB. We need all three RB to block or see the correct hole and run like they stole the ball. We need the WR to run the correct routes and correct moves to get in the open then catch the ball. We need the lineman to use the correct technique and correct blocking assignment to either open up holes or keep away from QB. In a game like this the small thing can really help your team win the game. At the end of the game, Its not about what I've done. It's about what we as a team have done. Play as a team mistake free and I really believe this team could go all the way. The last game we played I don't remember any penalties against EC which is a good start. Everybody do your job and just a little bit more but not so much that it causes mistakes. Not everyone can cover the WR and not everyone can rush the QB. God Bless our Kids with an injury free game and everyone to and from the game. See you Friday!!!!!!

Yoe beats Teague

I love football season. I like talking smack but its all in good fun. Its my sons senior year and im gonna miss this. I wish yall safe travels tomorrow. I will make sure I post on saturday so we can discuss the outcome of friday nights game. Thats if yall are not up all night crying from the loss! Just kidding, we all support our kids. I hope they have a great game and nobody gets hurt.

Thank you sir, and thank you for your part in making this a memorable season for all of us too, including me. The smack talking was awesome, the respect and recognition given when deserved was awesome, and the games were awesome. We all had our bragging rights moments and we all had our share of crow. Lol.. Let's move on to the playoffs and support each other every step of the way until we meet again and have to be mortal enemies again for 3 hrs.  :D Till then, let's put District 12 on the maps as the most feared district in all of Texas football.  :)

You don't know what you're talking about. EC not trying to win the game. DUH then why the onside kick off and recovery. Well heck a few plays here and there and Kirbyville loses. Dud you want to say if this or if that would have happen. LOL I guess if EC would have tried to win the game they would have because they lost by 3. LOL I think EC tried and Kirbyville was just the better team last night. LOL  Yes EC could have lost by more but Kirbyville could have lost it in the end but they didn't. Got to be one of your worst post Awatsonjr with the if and would have's. 

Ok here is my perspective on the game. Kirbyville has a great team and was the better team last night. EC was not on their passing game last night which made it harder to run the ball. Two of our backs came in the game playing through injuries and the third was having cramps. Kirbyville does have a lot of threats. Number 3 made one of the best high school catches of the year. Number 5, 32 and 1 were all hard runners. I'm not sure of the Kirbyville # that caught the 60 yard TD pass but it was a good play. Both teams turned the ball over and had a lot of penalties. EC spent the whole first half between their own 20 and 40 yard line with a ton of penalties to kill the drive. All and all Kirbyville was the better team last night congrats to you on your win. Now both teams heal up  and make Southeast Texas Proud. 

East Chambers are y'all ready???? It's almost here! I wish y'all the very best of luck in the runner-up spot in the playoffs.  ;)
