Answer this for me. What the heck happened?
EC special teams had a bad night. EC's first two kickoffs they let Yoakum run one back to around 25 and other to around 30 I think. We tried for field goal and it was blocked. 4 th quarter with game tied, on kick off return they kick over our heads and ball stops on the half yard line and EC tried to pick up but was tackled in the end zone. I think every EC kick off, Yoakum returned back inside the 50, maybe one didn't. Great season BUCS it was fun to watch !!!!

gotcha, just watched the Columbus game. The edge looked weak on the run, if so, that will be very bad for Yoakum. They WERE ranked #9 in week 3 so they are going to be a good gauge going forward if EC moves on the next round!
Yes I notice that the defense end (#19 if I remember correct) crash down every play and that will hurt them.

Who will be home team ?

Just watched some film on Yokum vs Columbus and Hallettsville. They lost both games but they have two running backs (4 and 7) that can run the ball. The offensive line blocks very well and has their heads under defense line push them back. The QB ran the ball very little and had good arm. Receiver's made some good catches. Overall I think this will be the best team EC has faced this year for sure. I Think EC's linebackers better have a good game # 4 had good size and fast, # 7 didn't have size but was faster and pick his holes very well. Will definitely be a good test for EC.

Don't feel bad, no one in the State can stop him either.
Ceasar = UNSTOPPABLE.
I'm a believer that when you win, you keep your nose down and when you lose you keep your head up. Woodville had a very impressive offensive line that gave the QB time to throw most of the time. The QB had a good arm and the receivers had several impressive catches. Clean up the fumbles, interceptions and it's a close game. Keep your heads up Woodville because there was some definitely good talent on the field and if you can clean that up, I think you can make a good run in the play offs !!!!

Sounds like a heck of a game for both teams !!!!

Eagles still hurting self with turnovers, don't know if you can still blame youth(mostly Soph) for offensive miscues. 8-9 turnovers in last 6 qtrs. Gotta hang onto the ball.
I was wondering what was going on. Does Woodville have some hurt players?

I didn't expect this halftime score.

How did Hardin score? Did they drive the field or recover fumble with good field position????

Anahuac should roll Hardin, but you never know these days....
Hardin had a tailback # 2 that had some speed and would run the ball pretty hard.

Like y'alls unis... Reminds me of Longview's especially the all green y'all wore last week i believe against Lumberton
Good luck with Hardin next week. It's good to hear Anahuac playing some good football. I have not seen them play this year but look for their scores each week.
