Freshman QB broke his collar bone in Vidor game. Don't know about JV. QBs are in short supply.

I am not a football guru by any means. However, Nederland moved the ball well but gave up some big plays on defense that led to most of Dayton's scores. Fumbles on both sides after the downpour that seemed to come out of nowhere. Still lots of room for improvement.

Is this a division of Little League? Also, interested in cost and when does season run?

There are two fields. One that is too small for 14U and one larger field. (That is why the tourneys are limited to 7 or 8 teams). Turf infield, 300ft outfield. Field is in excellent shape. Hope this helps.

Marauders 14U baseball team will hold tryouts on August 8th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday the 13th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tryouts will be held at Marauder Park in Lumberton. Marauders will play during the fall of 2015 and the 2016 spring season. This past June Marauders 13U made a trip to Omaha to play in a tournament during the CWS. It was a enjoyable trip. The team had a chance to make it to many of the CWS games and also beat a team from the state of Washington 5 to 3 in the tournament championship game.
