In other videos is even distinguishable as the weapon that’s been identified as belonging to the shooter sitting on a car seat.

The officer has to have a reasonable, articulable belief that the person poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury to the officer or others. The weapon was removed before he was shot.

I’m too young for those, but this is the way I imagined the 60s. We’re so polarized.
