First off, if there was a lot of talking it certainly wasn’t on this website. I saw one comment about EC transfers and I don’t believe it was meant in seriousness, but seemed to be just in good fun. Regarding your comment Aggie, it seems more like a shot at Buna than anything else. That’s fine. EC was most certainly the better team. Their speed will go unmatched in the district, and they’re more physical than what most people think. They’ll beat up on OF as well. They’re that good this season. Buna will still return 19 of 22 starters next season. The turnaround they’ve had is real. However, this season EC is in a different class than everyone else in the district.

I don’t know about that being the only way. We saw Hardin win district last year. The thing about East Chambers is it isn’t always the athletes. They have had good coaches that have them ready year in and year out.

Being Jasper had only 2 wins last season and obviously at a"down period" I personally find it a great win. Sure Center may not be a win to "hang their hat on" but a win. Great job Bulldogs! Keep playing hard. Coach Foreman is doing a great job with the 48 players signed up to play. The exceptional coaching staff continue to play hard and good will come
