In Anahuac they do a universal offseason.  They made the playoffs in football. They made to the Regional Finals in basketball. They made the playoffs in Baseball and sent 23 kids to regionals in track.  They lift and do agility everyday but game day.  Universal offseason works.

This is going to be a great district! A pretty dang good football team will be setting at home when the playoffs start.

They do this in 1-A because there are more schools running track then any other classification.  This is a way they narrow the field down for regionals. Most 1A track districts have 14-15 teams.
