Zero always recruited this area well.  Look for more local kids to head North his way to Oklahoma.  It takes a certain type of kid to play for him, but my friends that did would take a bullet for the guy.  You just better be ready to work your butt off.

Best coach I have ever played for.  He doesn't put up with any crap, and like Mack said, you better be ready to work your butt off. You have to run 2 miles under 12 minutes, just to get a uniform. He will turn that program around, and have them back to the caliber they were when he was there in no time. I guarantee you one thing, you will be in dang good shape, and mentally tough when you leave. Good luck Z.

The first day of practice in Aug would be a great road trip for any HS aged player just to seee what its like or takes to play at the next level under a HOF coach...I was amazed to say the least....I would love to see him put on another tryout down this way...
