Name the team/ game high school, college or professional, that played a game with no penalties? Even if it was likely or possible to play a game without committing a penalty, that does nothing to guarantee victory. Jasper wasn’t beating WOS if they had no penalties & WOS had 15! How do yall know the coaches aren’t getting on the players about penalties, and please tell everyone what yall geniuses would consider to be accountability and how that would guarantee no more penalties?
