I think it's even, HF and OF were no slouches offensively.  Hindsight is tough, I firmly believe OF could have won with a fieldgoal at the 1 inch line.   Yes, I like the idea of using a tall quarterback to sneak it in.   But, it failed and they lost.  The defense stood in and won that game for LCM.

This is a game Vidor would typically find a way to lose under the existing coaching staff. They have been better this year. Hopefully Vidor finds a way to get a win on the road and start district with a win.

What you say now?  LCM defense shut down the Pirate Offense. LCM offense, #20 (Freshman), #3 (Sophomore), ran the ball up and down the field.  #2 - QB, the defending district champion in the 100 meters, passed and ran the ball all night on the Pirates.   As far as HF, the LCM offense moved the ball, but was unable to capitalize on scoring.   Good thing they play these pre-district games to iron out the kinks.

I think Vidor by 9... Reason being after the HF game, Vidor has out played and beat two bigger more athletic opponents. 

Because, their offense is better than you think.   The defense was questionable.  Well they proved me wrong.   Best game they had all year.   Offense moved the ball on HF but couldn't get it over the goal line.
