12th man Vidor

I am very aware Silsbee is not in Vidors district. I am saying dont get to much from that game Silsbee is not near the team they have been the last several seasons

I stated this to a friend; it is possible the team that wins district this year might have finished 4th or worse last year. I agree every team is down this year, Vidor might be a little better but i think the Silsbee isn't near as good as they have been in the last several years.

This is supposed the be the beginning of a special few years for Vidor, the junior class has won at every level and every sport since they was in 7th grade. It is a really talented class. The sophomore class has the size to go with the athleticism of the junior class. If Vidor cant improve drastically this season from last it would not surprise me on bit to see several of the key juniors leave the football program to just focus on baseball. I would hate to see this happen but it would not shock me at all. Hopefully they can get it done on the field this year and take some heat of the coaching staff but time will tell.

Well i truly believe, the word elite can be used in several ways. Elite coaching can be a coach that takes average kids at an average program and has them buy in and over achieves with them. This will require the coach to adjust his coaching styles almost every year based on the talent that he has from yr to yr. I also believe elite can be defined as a coach that has a program that is winning several games each year in the playoffs and making deep runs, and can keep that program on top year in and year out. I believe it is easier to win at those programs because you do have kids coming into the program that typically wouldnt be there if the program wasnt as successful.

you what the bad part is you say bridge city will score 60 and nobody disagrees with you 🤣

If i was as bad at my job as he is i would have been fired along time ago

If it was tomorrow it wouldn't be soon enough

That was 1st quarter it was 28-21 at half, It was more HF played bad than Vidor played good, Vidor had a 70 yard td run and a fumble return for TD. HF fumbled 3 times in 1st half. Vidor Defense is very soft and Offense can not move the ball much, if they have to drive the ball they stall out.
