As many of you know, we have been looking forward to opening our new Lion Stadium this football season. Today, we received disappointing news regarding the final phase of the project.

The manufacturer of the grandstands informed us today that, due to unforeseen circumstances, they will not be able to complete and deliver the grandstands in time for the 2026 football season. While this is certainly disappointing, we are grateful for the tremendous progress that has been made and remain committed to seeing the project through to completion.

Although we won’t be playing in the new stadium this season, we are looking forward to another exciting year of Lion football in our current stadium. Our students, coaches, band, cheerleaders, drill team, and fans will continue to make Friday nights something special.
