I have been a big proponent of rewarding the district champion with a home game in the first round.

Wish this could occur for softball and baseball as well. However, overnight hotel stays with best of 3 series, the need to find turfed fields with May rains being such a strong possibility, and factors I'm not thinking of at the moment make it practically impossible.
