A coordinator from Willis applied last time it was open and didn't even get a interview. All he did was help guide Willis to a 40-10 record over the last 4 seasons.

Not surprising. Seems they had their eyes set on one guy and he turned them down. I was told the Supt was pretty much hands off with the hiring process. Not sure how accurate that is though.

If he's still available then they need to have him on top of the list if Coldspring becomes open.  That's why if we bring someone like that in we would definitely get a few transfers back.  I'm expecting if Coach Day does leave it will be right when the school year is over with.
