Eagles12 Posted March 17 Report Posted March 17 BH pays extremely well and Pennington has been there a while. I think Pennington was there ten plus years. But when he got it he was the third coach in maybe three years? He also came from Hooks which is a 3a and the previous guy was from Canadian ( I think) which is 2 or 3a.
