Here are my picks for our 9 coverage area regional finals:

5A D1 Region III

West Brook by 19 over Randle

5A D2 Region III

United by 4 over FB Marshall

3A D1 Region III

Orangefield by 15 over Fairfield

3A D2 Region III

Onalaska by 3 over Palestine Westwood

2A D1 Region III

I like Orangefield,  but closer than 15

Kinda what I was thinking. But not having seen OF play this year is a disclaimer. I think Fairfield starts four seniors and a sophomore and they have good size so they’re not young. This one could be close but OF should win it…a major factor could be how the refs see the fouls. FF aggressively attacks the basket.

But does Fairfield have speed and can they run the floor wide open for four quarters? I think that will be the deciding factor. Should be a good game, looking forward to it.

I like the Onalaska pick. I think it’s gonna be a great game, Dont get me wrong I think Palestine Westwood has the most talent between the two teams.. but I think Onalaska is the better team overall if that makes sense.

Westwood by 10

After watching OF(still stand on what I said about their previous teams being better) I think it will be a close game and agree on how the refs are will/could be a factor.

I’ll eat my crow if it happens… but the only way this should be a close game is if Orangefield doesn’t play well in my opinion. If this game is within 10 points I will definitely be surprised. I’m also wrong all the time for what it’s worth lol
