IMO we need to send a couple of the starters packing.

Seems like the last few games we have started out behind and caught up or went ahead.  No 8 game series streak.

Series wins are great. However, a string of 10 wins would be nice.

Yordan Alvarez number 28 and 29 with 29 being walk off for 10-8 major comeback hard fought win.

Hader wins

Javier 2 good relief innings

Went to pop fireworks with the grandkids and missed on heckuva comeback win. Some things are more important than sports. Having to pitch to Alvarez is usually bad for the other team. lol

I can't explain everything that happenrd in this 12-11 slugfest loss to Nats.  But what a game.

The two errors ended up being the difference in the game.

Peña & Alvarez both went 2-3, 2 BB, reached base in 8 of 10 PA. Rest of team collected 2 hits, 5 walks. Astros lose 3-2 with 11 LOB & 1-7 w/ RISP. Paredes & Walker had 9 AB with runners on base, including 1 AB each with the bases loaded. Paredes 1-3, K, BB, SF & Walker 0-4, 3 K, HBP. Oh, and Bryan King allowed a soul-crushing 8th inning HR in his 3rd straight game. The Rays, Yankees, White Sox, Guardians, Rangers, Twins, Red Sox, Mariners and now Orioles have a better record than the Astros.

Almost desparation time .  I say try some minor leagers in the bullpen.  What else could happen?

Not quite time to panic yet.

Houston is 3 games back of first in division and 2.5 back of final wild card spot with 63 games remaining.

Still have time to make a run.
