Looking forward to see how that one goes. Winner/loser of that game plays loser/winner of WR/Arp first round. If winner makes second round they probably face Edgewood. If loser happens to make the second round they probably face Daingerfield. Should be a playoff atmosphere next week

Didn’t expect Kountze to be a 3 seed or better this year.  New Waverly and Anderson both trying hard not to make the playoffs.  Trinity could end it for them next week.

Very proud of Coach Todd Paine and this Kountze football team.

When I saw them at their scrimmage with Hardin-Jefferson, I didn't think the Lions would make the playoffs. I was afraid injuries would do them in with only suiting up about 25 on varsity. They also didn't look all that great in the scrimmage.

Now the Lions have an opportunity to really shock the area with a win against Woodville next Friday night.

It's a game I am looking at attending.

If Kountze is to Beat Woodville they are gonna need Etienne back from injury. Idk if he will be healthy though. I imagine Woodville has gotten their guys healthy over the bye week

Yup 2015-2016 season his senior year. Woodville won 43-40.
