Kempner has been held to 9 total points in district play. La Porte enters the contest with a record of 4-1, and 2-0 in district play after convincing wins over Friendswood and Kingwood Park. The Cougars desperately want to notch their first district win, and the Dawgs want to continue to improve, and avoid injuries. Last year, LP won the match-up 56-16.
