BH Vs. Deer Park

This was a great game that ended in OT @ Deer Park last year. This year it’s a BH for our 1st home game of the year. DP lost to their Rivals and then got beat by the Woodlands, but held tough in both games. BH had a shaky start against New Caney,  but played a much better opponent and game against Manvel. Hoping to see the Eagles even more improved this Friday as they play a play a school with twice its enrollment.

Computer projection I saw had this game too close to call, but on BH page they're a 7-pt underdog.

Deer Park isn’t a normal 0-2 team. But, they’re young. They may not be ready to take the Eagles yet. Their QB is a load, and runs the zone read very well. Behind that big OL, he’s pretty damaging.

I never judge them or LP based on the Border Battle. That’s an entirely different animal. But, based on how they played Woodz, they’re coming along pretty quick.

This one’s a toss up to me. I’d love for BH to win. But, not 100% sold. BH almost gave the Manvel game away.

Barbers Hill might be the hardest team to gauge so far.   I give a slim edge to Deer Park in this one.
