baddog Posted November 4 Report Posted November 4 I am the eternal optimist. Until my team is mathematically eliminated, they are making the playoffs, and winning the Super Bowl. If one doesn’t believe their team can win it all, why watch? I watch the games and see what happens. Does it make me happy? No!! One thing I never forget is that there is another team on that field trying to win the game also. They are as big, strong, and fast as the players I have. Sometimes the ball bounces your way, sometimes not. I think the AZ QB played one helluva game. He stood tall in the pocket and delivered with authority. Some plays are indefensible because they are executed perfectly. Bland blew some coverages, that’s for sure. Dallas forgets the basics….blocking and tackling. 40 yard completions downfield are a product of no QB pressure. Williams will give that extra push we need. No team has an all pro at every position, and even if they did, there is no guarantee of victory because that other team is hungry too. It’s why we watch. Quote

baddog Posted Wednesday at 02:29 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:29 PM Cowboys played an inspired game in remembrance. The addition of Williams is huge. He bullrushes and takes his blocker all the way to the QB which allows the Cowboys to get pressure without blitzing. Seems the opposing TE can get open over the middle. Need to address that. I’ll say it again, Pickens was a steal. Needs to check his attitude after a catch. No room for stupid penalties. I believe our next game against the Eagles will show where we’re really at. Still mathematically in the race. Never give up. Quote
spidersal Posted 2 hours ago Author Report Posted 2 hours ago Dallas needs to change the Cowboys to the chokers. Penalties, fumbles, interceptions, the worst defense in the NFL. They will be 4-7-1 after Thursday’s loss to the Chiefs. Maybe they can win 2 of their remaining 5 games Quote
spidersal Posted 1 hour ago Author Report Posted 1 hour ago Well I’ll be. The Cowboys have made a game of it. 1st quarter blunders to give up 21, but since have played well. My sincere apologies for my 1st quarter post Quote

baddog Posted 30 minutes ago Report Posted 30 minutes ago That Dallas “D” held the high octane Eagles scoreless in the 2nd half. What a comeback win!!!!!! Quote
spidersal Posted 29 minutes ago Author Report Posted 29 minutes ago You are absolutely correct Baddog, I screwed the pooch on this one. One of the Cowboys best wins in a while baddog 1 Quote
baddog Posted 19 minutes ago Report Posted 19 minutes ago Lamb tried to see how many he could drop, just like last game vs. Eagles. Cowboys would have won that game too. The Cowboys stole Pickens. I think he’s better than Lamb. Ferguson is coming on strong, but nobody is a Jason Witten. Cowboys scored 24 unanswered points. Cowboys still have a shot. Quote
