I think I know what you're trying to say, but any legal system based on religion is against the Establishment Clause of the Constitution. So, Shariah Law will never be legally binding according to U.S. law. Parties can enter into an agreement using it if both agree. But, it won't be legally binding. Any agreement would roll back under U.S. law if there were a dispute. I do think the Democratic Party has gotten themselves into a pickle with this issue. New York City is really making many have a wake-up call. Quote

Many reports say the true number is 100,000. Somalis vote in unison, and elect Somali candidates no matter what. Once completely overwhelmed by Somalis and other Muslims, Minnesotans may not officially call their future government "Sharia Law" but they can effectively institute it without calling it by that name. The United States of America was certainly founded on Judeo-Christian values, even though we did not officially label our Laws as "Christian" Law. Make no mistake, Islam badly wants to overtake the west. They have Europe back on its heels already. Minnesota is their American foothold, and they want it to fall first.
