Maxwell's security point score is 27, which is the sum of a 20 point custody score and a 7 point "base score." Her base score is 7 because of her status as a sex offender.

(Public Safety Factor) to serve their sentences in minimum security facilities someone has to waive the PSF to make that move.

Maxwell is a "threat to the public" but they also show that her sex offender status, which should mandate stricter protocols, should be waived. 

Once again MAGA is num to anything there king does However, furious when it pertains to abortion.  Where is the outrage for the sex offender who is allowed to have out custody and be allowed to have opportunities to be among the public.  
There was an outcry for Calvin Walker to be behind the fence for stealing money from the school district and rightfully so but silence on Maxine.

Explain to me how this lady is a "threat" to the public in a minimum or maximum security prison? 

Do you think she is going to use a spoon and dig her way out of prison?  Maybe over take a guard and escape? 

Honestly, I wish they would make everyone with these type of crimes either get hard labor (like making big rocks to little rocks) or just execute them......BUT, the same people who are up in arms about Maxwell being treated soft, are the same people who are against hard labor and execution.

Like I said, stick with what you know.  She is not in a secure prison.  She is at a camp.  The same camp like the one in Beaumont that inmates walk away from all the time.  There is no wall to dig or fence to climb.  

The same one who claim to protect the baby in the womb but are soft on people who do bad things to 8 and 14 year old victims and who are for soft on punishment for sex predators.

 I believe you are hard on sex crimes just not in the case as it pertains to Maxine or Lawerence Taylor who was convicted of rape.  
 

You asked me to explain how she is a threat and I explained it in the post.  Do you even know what a Public Safety Factor Is?  I even gave you the Program Statement 5100.08 and explained the scoring for this inmate.

Do you know what a pedophile is?  If you did why would you ask me how is this inmate sex offender who is serving 20 years federal time a threat to the public?  If you were privileged to view her PSI you would be demanding like the victims families are to keep her behind a fence.

The DOJ handled this wrong IMO. The DOJ is handing over the files to congress. We will see what happens from here. 

To resolve this I think they should release all 100K files unredacted and say "I told you so" when innocent people are accused of being Pedo's.  That won't happen and it shouldn't, but Democrats are using this as a political tool, as they could care less about the victims. If they really cared they had 4 years to release the files under Biden.

Both sides were hiding something.  Uncover all of them.  There’s only one place for people like that.  Prison doesn’t reform sex predators they are housed in protective custody and/or special housing. Everyday someone is posting on Facebook of a child that has gone missing.
