They have zero commits and today is signing day.  They fired Franklin months ago.  They really screwed this up

Louisville HC Jeff Brohm reportedly turned down Penn State as well this afternoon.

I think he went to Louisville so he was already home so I can see why… I’m starting to think Franklin put something out there to show how terrible Penn State is or something… Chip Kelly is looking for a job lol

Chip is being looked at as a candidate for the Arkansas OC job 😂 I think he's finished as a HC. But it wouldn't surprise me if Penn State tried to hire him as HC.
