I thought the same thing. Every year that should be on the list, but more so this year because it’s the first game in district that will decide the district champ for the year.

PN-G/Crosby rematch that week is more intriguing, in my opinion. That one could also be for district. But obviously Silsbee/WO-S is going to be awesome as well.

Last year at MCM I was confused as to why some of the guys looked like they had slid through mud, because all the grass I had walked on that day was dry. Home field advantage. Smart, I would do it too.

More intriguing than most likely 2 top 10 4A D2 teams playing for the district crown.... Highly debatable:)

I watched the first scrimmage vs Navasota. Bright side was first team defense didnt allow a score, But the offense struggled to move the ball. Ehhh lol time will tell. Really the only standout player we have is a Jr. DE Grayson Mays. Really good player. He also plays TE. Id say they will start out slow but will improve as the season goes. Should compete for the district title and probably go 2 maybe 3 rounds deep in the playoffs. We lost our best playmaker from last year (QB) to graduation. We a pretty weak at that position and young. First game is at Madisonville so we will see how it goes lol.

Yes PNG is #5 and Crosby is #7 preseason in 5A D2. WOS is #1 and Silsbee is #4 preseason in 4A D2.
