If you want accurate stats then dedicate an assistant coach to take them like all other teams who care about them do. I know our stats that go in to the UIL are kept by the staff and entered into Maxpreps. Maybe SETX doesn't have the funds to have enough assistants for such tasks, which is another can of worms?
