[/quote]I appreciate that, I hope yours does too! Now that a freshman receiver is probably going to play varsity this year he's added a new goal I have to hear about everyday to his previous ones. I don't know if I'm more anxious for the season to start to finally get to see him in the red and white 14 or so I can give my arm a much needed break? Either way, he even understands at his young age that you save the virtuoso performances for the playoffs and the Highway 90 Shootout . . . we know those boys on 1942 are a ''gimmie''.  8)

Who's the freshman receiver ? If it's Hudson isn't he a sophmore.I would think a freshman wouldn't get much playing time with Singleton,Lee,Allen,Hudson,Morales & even Kyle Williams at receivers.Maybe JV and bring him up later in the season

[/quote]It's the 8th grade qb from last year, Manny Netherly. He's about 6-2 or 6-3 already and the second fastest kid in the freshman class behind Taylor Perry. I was thinking the same thing about not having a fourth receiver already up but as of now the only receiver spots locked down are Singleton, Lee, and Hudson. Manny is just like Raelon but he'll faster. Kyle is probably going to play in the secondary. Don't be surprised if you see Perry up later in the year or playoff time either, he's playing receiver now on the freshman squad but I think he's going to eventually be playing running back. Crosby might struggle to make the playoffs in '14 depending on how good Tristan Cotton can be but if they do our streak will probably pushed to 11 or 12 straight appearances 'cause we have some serious talent behind that class.

[/quote]We also have 2 district titles in that span and should have 3 of the last 6 district titles had Flannigan not lost a 10 pt lead with less than 3mins to go and the ball inside the opponents redzone. I know you remember that year. BH was 9-0, the Eagle faithful voted 47 times apiece to make it the game of the week, set a then attendance record, had '' 3 running backs with over 600 yards'' and I was an ''idiot'' for thinking we could stop the dive play. . . . . Then the Twins got off the bus and gave y'all the first of 3 consecutive lessons on how to run a real option. The next week Ozen put 40  on you in your own house. How did that district title work out for you? 8)
