Good call Steel, as a BHFAN ;D I'm used to the Defense always playing well awaiting the offense to catch up. The defense is playing very well #40 is a beast #10 has radar and #32 is laying wood out there!! #32 made a couple of hits that I felt in the stands last night . Just like BH89 I'm still in a little shock about the QB only getting a couple of carries and two of his carries were for TD's!!! It is nice to see the Defense off balance having to look at some where besides #11! I can say enough about the coaching last night keep that up and we will be looking at more than just sqeezing into a playoff spot! Another thing, I heard a name over the loud speaker last night that brought back some memories "SEXTON" his brother was a pleasure to watch! Has he been playing or just got moved up?

Just back from the game and this is the best called game of the year by the Coaching staff! Good job Eagles and Coaches! #20 Was Awesome tonight and the Soph. on this team are playing very good.

Was there another petrochemical gas leak on the Hill? Do you need to open the windows and "shelter in place"? In through the nose, out through the mouth. It'll be OK soon. We faked the one in 80's to try to scare Baytonians in hope to keep them from migrating into our fantastic town. We new with such a migration that our athletic and exspecially our academic programs would demise at such a rate that we would only be good at things like Water Polo and Gang wars. I though I would like to see a 3 TD victory that is going to be better said than done. CE King beat us last year and I exspect to play us just as hard this year. I have BH by 7 it should be a tight game. I don't know what happend last week with Crosby, but I wouldn't add that into the factor at all. Crosby was supposed to be good then got Killed the first two weeks! Against Ennis is understandable ,but PNG????? Don't know what is going on in Cougar land. anyway ;D BH 35 CEK 28

Dayton will be a similar team to Pearland Dawson and I would exspect to see the same results. Dayton By 2-3 TD's

Keep mixing the plays up get that bullseye off Viverette and we will be fine. Defense you guys always seem to keep us in the game! Keep the bend and work on containing the break. District is looking tough with GCM coming alive and Crosby beating CEK like they did. I think next weeks game against CEK could be the door to the playoffs! Kick that door open!!!

Exactly! These kids put in a lot of time to play this game and work their butts off! The fans should appreciate their dedication and every minute they put into practice and the games on Friday nights!!

BHFan, I agree with you for the most part, but not sure about your take on 34. Like I said earlier, I believe this kid, with his size,strength and speed could be one of the best backs to come through BH...but he doesn't run correctly. If he would hit the hole at full speed and lower his body and lead with his head, he would gain 5 yards a carry without any blocking. I think he's slowing before he hits the line and then the hole is gone...plus he is standing straight up. He should have defensive linemen and linebackers quaking in their shoes. I agree some of that comes with experience, but I don't see a lot of change from last year until this year. I hope he figures it out because he would make our offense very very tough! 10-4 I see where you are coming from. His size and strength should be a huge factor. I would just like to see him get about 20 touches one game and see what happens. Adjust the delay hand off and put him in the I formation with a lead block or place him in the FB positon . "The Play" just seems to take to long to develope sometimes, we have to start bouncing the run out side every now and then to keep the opossing D from stacking the middle. I just see a lot of potential in this kid and I don't feel like he has been given the playing time to prove if he is a good back or not. One game he came in and picked up 9 yards on a play then I didn't see him again for a quarter. Give him some more touches and bounce #20 outside with a lead block.
