BH by three TD's!!

Final was 33-0. BH still making a lot of mistakes but Cy Ranch just to young to take advantage of the BH misfires.

Either North Forest is really bad or Episcopal is really good (42-0) I think this is going to be a tough win for GCM.

Oh and I take back the Blow out statement earlier! ;D This team has be wondering now ??? Even though they are listing theirselfs as a JV it is not a JV as most of the talented Juniors would be playing Varsity anyway. They should be better than a standard JV team.

A big burr! Nothing personal to anyone, just a little success envy I guess. I have the same feelings for REL across town and that other university in College Station. But I'll gladly take your bet. I've said from day one, GCM will go 6-4. We'll see if that's good enough in 19-4A this year. Unfortunately, all I can do is shoot off my mouth and stir the pot. (I do love stirring a good pot!) My nephew is on the o-line at the BH. We have some colorful family gatherings. It's all in good fun and I would never want to take anything away from what BH has accomplished in the past. Reminds me of what RSS used to have in the 70's and early 80's. PRIDE! I respect all pot stirrers ;D With out pot stirrers there would be no message boards ;D ;D

We are the only team that is not 5A on their schedule! If they don't compete with the Hill they are going to have a looooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggg 1st year.

I finially found a schedule for the Cy Ranch mustangs and see that they were supposed to play Klien Oak on Thursday 9/3 anyone know the score? CY Ranch football schedule

I have tried to see who they have played and couldn't find any Info. Should be a good week to try some new things and a kids at positions to prep for district. Anything less than a blow out should have BH thinking how to adjust for the coming weeks IMO.

You must be kidding me! BH will not finish #2 in 19-4A. I was there on friday and BH could not defend the Sisters of Charity. Take off the "Mecca" shades and be for real. You guys will struggle to finish #4 at best. What is your order of finish for 19-4A? Before the season I would complete agree with your assesment , but things are changing ;D Lumberton was the district co champ of their district last year, so it's not like they are GCM or nothing ;D I though Crosby would be #2 but after Ennis (I know they are a great team) put in the the cheerleaders after the half because they were tired of scoring and then PNG (BH lost by1) put a Golden Triangle Arse whoopin on them I can see Crosby at the four spot. CE King still looks good ,but not unbeatable! BH at #2 is not a strech at this point with or without the shades. Top four as I see um. 1.) Dayton (Duh!) 2.) C.E King (Could be 3) 3.) BH (Could be 2) 4.) Crosby (Maybe) 1. Dayton - clear favorites, not sure they are as good as last year, but it's theirs until proven otherwise. 2. CE King - strong showing so far lots of skill position talent. 3. Crosby - not as bad as they have played, Flannigan will get them in the right direction. 4. GCM- you guys play Pearland Dawson and we'll compare notes. Young secondary needs to step up or this is a moot argument. Just stating the facts! I wasn't blaming the refs they called and excellant game all night, but that one call was a killer for BH. BH lost this game the Refs didn't lose the game for BH!

Them Freaken Stangs have the Bronco's number!!!! Sounds like it was yet another good game!

WOW Congrats to PNG!! I thought Crosby was supposed to be good this year, but it looks like they have a long way to go!

Just got back from the game and it was a good one as expected. Lumberton played flawless football and the Eagles had a much better game tonight even though we had two picks. I hate blaming refs ,but they blew a call tonight that ended up giving the Raiders a 1st and goal instead of a turn over on downs with BH trailing by 6. instead Lumberton went up to put the game out of reach!! The call was a late pass interferance flag when the ball was uncatchable!! Anyway if you weren't there then it is hard to explain. Refs don't make you lose a game ,but they made it a lot harder to win one in this instance. Raders looked good though the QB is a good athlete and we had a heck of a time tackling him. The Eagles are still improving and at this rate they should do well in District!! Congrats to Lumberton on a well played game your fans packed our stands and they played a good clean game. Good luck the rest of your season and I hope all the Raider fans make it home safe and sound.

You know you guys keep harping on the fact that PNG did not pack the house last year in BH, but you do realize that PN and Groves were going under a mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Gustav the next day right? I know of a lot of folks that didn't make the trip because they either had to work in Hurricane prep or were making arrangements for evacuation on Saturday. No Harping just defending ;D We know our visitor side is small, but the constant reminders are nice : I'm aware of the situation, but all that we heard last year before the PNG game was how they were going to have to shut down I-10 and place chairs in the rice fields behind the stadium due to the PNG migration across the trinity ;D

Lumberton may fill the stands ,but PNG didn't come close! I alway here that PNG was sitting on our side, but if they did I have know idea why because there was plenty of room on the visitor side. I did however go to that Smiley/Lumberton game and they had our home side busting at the seems, so Bring those fans Lumberton if we run out of room you can come to our side, just don't sit in the seats with the backs ;D Those are OURS ;D. Score board is a huge improvement for those that haven't seen it! OF course they could have thrown a jumbo tron in it, but maybe that will come ;D Goodluck to the Eagles I know you can win this game!! For the lumberton fans have a save trip and enjoy the game! One thing we do have on the vistor side is Parking ;D
