    If HJ can make their free throws then they have a legit chance of winning.

    Im just saying that if they dont make free throws they could get beat by 15+

    I know Im just stating the obvious but its true and many people forget about how important free throws are.

    good question bullets.. maybe we should look them up and tell coach sutherland about them so we dont lose by 15....  ;) ;)

    not like they used to or at least one person in this thread would have at least mentioned them but they got no chance

    I wasnt so sure about them after they lost their coach not too long ago.

    The rules are that there are no rules.... this was made clear at the beginning....  how does it feel to be shutout?

    The seniors WON only because of there dominating strategy

    Marc Garrison and Drew Daigle  owned the paint , nothing could get by those two all night...

    Stuart Flowers made it rain all night for the seniors..

    Tyler Thomas was all over the place...even when he had the worst donkey he was still an animal

    the seniors went into double OT against the Sophomores...and TYLER THOMAS made the game winner to put the seniors in the championship...

    and when it came to the COACHES vs SENIORS we did get hosed...THEY were not playin by the rules and they only won 2-0 ....they got lucky....if it'd been a series seniors woulda stomped em ;D ;D ;D

    Remember, we couldnt pull the donkeys hair.

    Mrs. West said we could waylay Drewpy in the face but no pulling hair....

    As far the Varsity game, I'm sure it goes a little something like this:

    - T. Williams does not like one of the officials (bmt chapter) and called for a replacement

    - T. Sutherland does not like the replacement and calls for a replacement

    - Some research is done revealing that HJ gets SERIOUS home cooking bythe Bmt. Chapter(HJ shoots 35 FT on avg to the opponents 12 FT)

    - A call is made to the UIL who decides to provide a neutral chapter.

    Overall good decision by the UIL!

    So the refs help HJ win at home?

    I usually don't get on here and say much.  I read and shake my head at some of the silly crap people say on here.  But, in talking about poor sportsmanship I will say this.  I did see # 15 for Orangefield shove the ball in the chest of an HJ player after a foul and thought that was very uncalled for. 

    I also saw Burrell talking trash to the OF players the entire time he was in the game.  Then on another occasion an HJ player walked by a group of OF students sitting on the bottom row near half court and said "Why y'all bring these scrubs down here to play". Also uncalled for.    Most of the kids, on both teams, were out there trying to just play hard.  So, I would suggest not throwing everyone  under the bus because of the way 1 or 2 players acted.    The unsportsmanlike door swings both ways..

    I thought scrubs were Silsbee's hecklers?

    Well I couldnt train that game because I came down with the flu but I still made an effort to drive over and see the game.

    You may have seen me.

    If you looked directly in front of you and saw a section of the stands where no one was sitting except one guy in the very center, that was me.

    Come on, get the flu and no one wants to be within ten feet of you.

    I know its natural for people to make mistakes and foul in basketball but when someone bodychecks another person repetivly, throws an elbow into another guys face, one guy fell on the gound and then held onto one of our guys ankle. Lets see now there was when our guy got a foul and walks off and the OF guy follows him and then shoves the ball into his chest from behind. I personally havnt seen a team this bad all year.
