The season started off slow against HF & St Thomas. Defense has made great strides from the beginning. We scrimmaged Coldspring (who did not pass) and never got a second scrimmage because of weather. Defensive coaches made the necessary adjustments from what they saw in the pre district games. Learned a lot from the Tatum game. Carried a lot of JV players with us to play Tatum and subbed a lot because it was like 130-140f on the field. Each week have gotten better. The trick plays and adversity from getting down to start the Palestine game will help them moving forward.

No one on the team or associated with the team is even thinking about CHill @ this point. This week is all about Stafford. Batiste, Wiley, Kidd, & Holland. Some exceptional athletes.

Good season for the LCM Bears! Community, fans, parents, and players have plenty to be proud of. The positives in the program out weigh any negatives. Back to back winning seasons in how long? Future looking bright!

I just appreciate that they are doing it and dedicate their time. Its nice for L-Town to have a radio broadcast of the games.

Naw, not yet. Tomorrow Palestine. Friday Lindale vs Vidor in Bryan. Saturday morning College Gameday n Austin. Saturday night TCU vs Texas. Sunday come home. Watch Stafford film. Texan live replay and Hudl.

Everywhere I've looked has that Lindale vs Vidor game being a 1 possession game. Even seen some have it being a 1 to 2 point game! Let's go Pirates!! Wear 'em down.

I Don’t take anything for granted. I just look at the bracket and try to play it out. Our road each week if able Rd 1 Palestine Rd 2 Stafford Rd 3 Chappell Hill I believe Kilgore will beat El Campo if they can get by LCM in Rd 1. Does Peevey still have that magic? I also have faith that LCM can put together a game plan to compete and beat Kilgore! I believe Vidor is capable against Lindale. Not the same Lindale without their QB from last year. And they do give up some points!!!
