Just got on here and this thread really picked up steam this morning. lol

It’s hard to replace numerous 3 yr starters on both the O & D.

LCM wins. They are a way more physical team than Huffman.

Know a lot of the Silsbee players. They work out off-season together with a lot of the Lumberton players and have been for the last 3-4 yrs. Many are over at my house quite a bit with my son and they hang out. Good boys! All of them that I’ve been around! I’m also not naive and realize that @ 15-18 yrs old it’s difficult to control your emotions at times. Physical sport, but have to learn when to shut it off after the whistle. Each team has players guilty!

Hoping everything I’m hearing about the transfer RB is correct and he will be able to help the Bear offense beginning next week. The back up QB done a great job moving the offense via the pass when he came into the game. Having the stud RB back will do nothing but help the QB situation. QB, WR, and RB are all 3 Lumberton’s all time career leaders in Passing, Receiving yds, & rushing yds. 2 of the 3 missed the 1st 3 games and the offense averaged 20pts per game & 0-3 record. Since their return, offense averages 49.6pts per game & 5-0 record since. Defensive minutes spent on field reduced per game due to offensive time of possession increased. Impact to team is real.

Good size line. 71, 79, and group. Will be a good match up vs Lumberton’s D-Line which is the defensive strength.
