Im sure both teams could have played better, thats always the case, but under the crappy field conditions, us missing 3 starters, and Pace only playing one way tonight, we are more than happy to take home the W. Pace spent half the game puking on the sidelines and cramping up, he's great at corner and we missed him there tonight. His offensive abilities speak for themselves haha ask your secondary. As for the guy earlier ....yea sure he was ok, but mostly just bigger than anyone we had to defend him. Takes more than one guy to win games....tons of fumbled snaps, but center was snapping w his left hand after his right was broken at the end of the BH game last night. Were missing a starting OT, WR/CB, and DE..our center played w a broken hand...id say no excuse for the loss tonight silsbee, just take it on the chin and move on...

Lumberton by 7 or less. This will be a close one, but I think we have the intangibles, and big play potential at any time. We arent a one trick pony as some people have eluded to, we can throw it with the best of em, Pace doesnt miss anything and hughes is as accurate as anyone with time to throw

Most certainly will have to take things a week at a time. As cliche as it is, its 20-4A...played in it, and watched it as a fan for about the last 5-6 years supporting my alumni...anything can happen. Timely big play here, costly turnover there always has a way of changing games. Teams that play well from behind and want it seem to do well in HS football. If u have a mentally strong enough team to fight through defecit, they are hard to beat.

no need to comment on the game, the scoreboard literally tells all. I havent missed a game in quite a while, the boys looked as good as any team we have put on the field. spoke with a few after the game and they said it really isnt a very good measuring stick of what we will face in district, so dont read too much into it. As for the injury to JRich, its an absolute shame, its very similiar to what happened to AB last year. It was very far behind the play, and afterwards no class was shown by Jasper, they have lost a ton of respect from this town....James may not play again and theres nothing an 17 yr old kid in hs can do to deserve having his season ended in such a way. It's bs if u ask me. And i believe from the stare their side got from Credeur from almost midfield, he feels the same...Asher was a bruiser last night, and our D was head hunting. 56 points is no fluke, hope to see them again and crack skulls again. Mr. Minton operates the horn lol and yea its a bit excessive at times, but you have to just embrace it for what it is...I played in the Fuller era when the stands, cheers, and all of the above were empty. Take it how it comes and just ride it ya know. Larry Staggs has been the PA guy for the past few years, he kinda adopted the Houston Texans style, "thats good for another Lumberton Raider FIRST DOWN" also not liked by some fans, but also is just another display of spirit, unity, and passion. Cant please everyone but try to see it all positive compared to not too many years ago when Lumberton games were dismal and punishment lol.

Started with Holloman hiring his buddy Fuller to the AD position in 00...but back to topic, the scoreboard is a go, Texas Scorboard and a few other private contractors have been in and out of the stadium all week laying the groundwork. It will include a new sound system, should be a legitimate upgrade. Just be glad it finally happened fellow raider fans!!

Us L-town fans heard the same scare tactics last year leading up to the Silsbee game about Jeremy Johnson. I'll let you reference that game on ur own and see how easily we dealt w such threats...
