this will be a high scoring game phg 45 ozen 42. i think that each teams d-line control the outcome of the game. if one of their defenses unit decided to step up and make plays than it could swing either way and change the score by a variance of 14 pts. both offenses can score so defenses coordinators for both teams have to step and call great games. the d=line of both teams are the key cause both teams can score through the air and ground.

those officials called at least two long run back early that heard had. he had a 63 yarder called back for holding,and a anothr back for block in the back

why doesnt png put the jv quarterback from last year at inside lb. he is a big kids. he is getting waited sitting behind doty. he could help at alot of spots. he can actually run cause i saw he score from distance against ozen last year at qb

ozen needs to open up the offense. they have all that speed so use it. open up do some spread type stuff. the reason people use it is to make people play east/west and north/south. everyone is a threat in spread. i think creativity is the key for success. motion, counters, bubbles, option, formations, wr-sweeps, wr-bubbles, qb-traps, rb/qb counters, and you can mix motion with counter. creativity is the key. dont  limited yourself. i think this will be the week that ozen evens up the district race by joining the 1-1 crew in the district. i feel that in order for a team to make it out of district play with at least a legitimate shot is two games. two games is all you can afford to lose in this race. i predict it will be a log jam at 1-1. central will be the lone team at 2-0. which will make it very interesting for each team. that will make every weekend a must win to say in contention for a chance to win it all!! got to jump on the central bandwagon for knocking off ozen cause many believed that this was ozens years but coach wash and staff had other plans. good luck to all the teams getting out of the log jam

coach creduer better take ownership and fix those little problem like racism b4 they turn into big problem. cause once big problems occur the boat is already sinking. hope they get it together. great start bears hope yall continue to win, but if yall luck ends i wouldnt be dissapointed ;)

remember that six varsity players were soph. that the nederland jv team basically went against the same freshman class that they faced this year. the juniors like david green didnt play. so this summer thing called basketball doesnt trully tell you what you have.

number 44 is the kid i talked about earlier s tyrell collins. he was having an outstanding game till he came up hurt. hopefully he will be back soon cause the def miss his sack ability and speed. he and number 34 cause alot of those flag sgt reyes on holding. they were active and usually thats what happens in the first came. takes awhile for lineman to adjust to th speed of the d line. i think ozen back and line did a good job of handling wb dline. i dont remember seeing them get much heat on the quarterback at all. that was supposed to be a strength of wb. they better turn it on cause if wb is going to stay in cover 2 that dline better get active.

yall keep referring to last years score of 33-0. that was last year people. this is a new team. i remember the score being 9-0 heading into the fourth quarter. if it wasnt for turnovers on offenses that game would have been better. the panthers had no sucess on offense. it wasnt their def. so remember this one thing in my spartan voice THIS IS A NEW YEAR. GOOD LUCK TO BOTH TEAMS. hope to be celebrating with all my panther nation family after the game( big tank, real eyes, coach one up, panther 1906, undercover fan sgt reyes, on the wagon soulja, and new convert state 82. ozens def. end tyrell collins 53 will have a monster game this week and the def line will get after reyes. i talked the one of their coaches

i think that the number one spot could come down to central, png, and nederland especially if they play the black kids at quarterback. i dont know his name so i just described him. figured they dont have to many black qb's. i figure that ozen can pull out the fourth spot this year. i went to there spring practice and there defense was flying all over the place. there offenses looked good with that basketball player david green making throws and running. he is the best qb prospect i have seen at ozen since the hurricane blew me into town. i think that all of the teams actually have a chance to place in the top four. lumberton is strong, lcm is coming up, vidor is scrappy, livingston is tough especially with that scheme, central is fast and experienced, png is hunrgy to prove that last year is no fluke, and nederland wants to be a main stay.

our freshman and soph class of pplayers will be able to have all of yall on the bandwagon again. our soph class only loss one game as freshman and two freshman played varsity that year. we had 6 soph on varsity this year. so for the next couple of years yall are in trouble. we started 2 soph. i freshman class lost two game this years to only nederland and might i add we beat them twice as well. our underneath levels beat memorial, nederland, silsbee,png, vidors,livingston,and the rest of the i dont really play basketball schools. we took a bunch of freshman and selected soph to a varsity tournament and places 3rd but had chances to win it all and that tournament was held by a state rank 2a team and serveral other we beat. stop hating on ozen you will be on the wagon again.

ozen beat magnolia earlier this year by eight point at there gym the bulldog tournament. ozen didnt have d.frank playing at that time. i am a proud ozen fan but i will say it nederland should beat them by at least 15 pts. they have some size but for the most parts they shoot alot of three very close to a team yall beat twice this year

if you were to check the district hand book or bylaws you would have noticed that if ozen and nederland had flipped a coin then both of them would be co champs. since they are playing the game it is for the district championship. so there you have it the district champs will be the winner of tonights contest.

ozen freshman won by seven. the jv game went into triple overtime with ozen boy winning 74-73

no one thinks central is going to beat ozen. no one has even created a thread on it. this seems a little harsh to central fans. at this time earlier everyone thought that this is the year the streak end v.s ( central & the district championship). how could yall have been so wrong? if the panthers come out and excuted it will be like all the others games a victory. By the way setx missed some good games last night. both the freshman and jv games of the ozen and central team were classic. both ozen teams finish with victories. the embodied what cross town games are supposed to be like.

ozen continues the streak. they win it again for the 10th time in a row. they are buy far better than every team in this district. the panthers are just young with 6 soph on varsity but are gaining alot of games experience. matter of fact one of the soph was all tourney at the bulldog classic. he might be one of the best shooters in the area. the minute he comes into the game the temp picks up. they have enough to still win the district but it would help alot more if mr. franks got his stuff together. it wouldnt be fair too teams out there cause no team can stop both of them.
