no one thinks central is going to beat ozen. no one has even created a thread on it. this seems a little harsh to central fans. at this time earlier everyone thought that this is the year the streak end v.s ( central & the district championship). how could yall have been so wrong? if the panthers come out and excuted it will be like all the others games a victory. By the way setx missed some good games last night. both the freshman and jv games of the ozen and central team were classic. both ozen teams finish with victories. the embodied what cross town games are supposed to be like.

ozen continues the streak. they win it again for the 10th time in a row. they are buy far better than every team in this district. the panthers are just young with 6 soph on varsity but are gaining alot of games experience. matter of fact one of the soph was all tourney at the bulldog classic. he might be one of the best shooters in the area. the minute he comes into the game the temp picks up. they have enough to still win the district but it would help alot more if mr. franks got his stuff together. it wouldnt be fair too teams out there cause no team can stop both of them.

ozen jv is awesome. they only lost to vidor 28-26. we will be able to hang with or handle every team we play from now on.

i hope this game end up being good cause the ozen vidor games (jv) came down to the wire. may the best team win. hopefully it is png cause we have to still play

ozen finest should change his/her name to something else. you aren't going to root for the panthers than say it. i also have been to all the ozen games cause i like to travel and i haven't seen anything that would make ozen class less. i agree with tank and my eyes realize ozen by at least 14

i feel that this is a good team to bounce back on. the panther will come out more focused this week to prove that it was a bad performance against a good team. i feel that team speed will help the panthers in this game. i feel that vidor will come out play it tough as well they should. i feel that the ozen off will finally come out and score point in the first half and let the def. play with emotions which helps too cause the 5 fumbles and 1 int of last year.

have y'all been to the games. ozen will be the best again next year. our freshman team beat silsbee team by ten. the freshman team only lost two games all year long and we had two of our freshman playing varsity basketball. our JV only lost three games and that because many of them guy were called up too varsity. yeah we lose alot on varsity but next years team will be smaller than this one but we will trap more, press more, and get up and down the floor. our incoming freshman class has not lost  a game in three years. we will continue the dynasty over here at the "ozen". we have decarlos back and a couple 20 plus scorer coming back that played on the underneath levels. we might have too coach a little harder but it will only pay off for us when we make our trip too Austin maybe not next year but in the near future. promise you that one.

we went 16-2 after the legend left. we were 10-4 with boutee and 16-2 afterwards. most teams around this area would love to have won 16 games period.

coach saveat did a outstanding job of focusing the team after the departure of the living legend. he did a good job of getting all his coaches on board and focused on keeping the program what is has always been the best program in setx. he did a masterful job with this team because many ney Sayers said," that is the reason the legend left because he couldn't win with this group", which was totally wrong. he should get coach of the year in 20-4a. he proved that being a pupil of the legend is always a good hire because it always takes more than one person to run a dynasty ex. saveat, Travis Williamson of silsbee and many more to come from this current staff. i tip my hat to saveat and the hater of the ozen panther. next year we will run the tables again.

message to all coach in the setx you can not sacrifice discipline for win. that is a recipe for disaster.

who are the candidates for the job

james white was the third best back last years in 20 4a. He was like 60 yard from being a 1000 yard gainer last year. he yas done nothing but get faster, stronger, and hungier since the season ended. he is the truth. he run between the tackles, out side , and can catch. hopefully we can put him in the best situation to help us win games and become the best we should have been last year.

wrong silsbee game was not even close except the score. we were winning by twenty the whole night. our guy got in foul trouble and that when they started coming back. it is easy shooting over a 5'11 post instead of a 6'7 or 6'5 post. hj lost to central by 6 or 7. silsbee would make it but as a second place team.  by the way that district is weak only too good team.

that sound like a challenge. ozen will make it to regional and more. wheatley, yates, or jones will play each other knocking one of them out before we play one of them. it is all about matchup. we have the personel to beat every team we play as long as we play our game. remember the dynasty will continue for all the haters out there. our district is alot stronger than many of you will think. there is no district in setx that can beat our district as long as you go with the top half. bet the left or right acorn on that!

let me first say that ozen is a state bound team. there is not a team in this region that will have the size, speed, quicks, and basketball savy ozen has. the team has quietly lost only one game since coach boutte left. the team has rallied around coach saveat and the staff. this team has beaten every team in this area you are mentioning. i guess ozen is a well kept secret. keep it that way. just meet us in austin, because we are playing the best as of right now.

i don't want to say i told you so but i did predict ozen to win, just not in that fashion. that was some good basketball being played Friday. the gulley kid did more than his fair share to keep his team in it. i hope that the next game is as good as this one because i still will have one of the best seat at the game.

ozen will win by five points 55- 50. no one comes into ozen and wins. it has been 12 years and counting for the jags and the streak continues. the panthers are playing great as a team and on Friday the bangwagon hoppers will be jumping on again. the dynasty continues! i repeat the dynasty continues!
