Yea my Wildcats Lost But hey back on topic

Im so glad i came to this Game.it was by far the best Game ive seen since the Central/Angelton Game.Central was the better team tonite IMO but P.N.G had luck on their side.I would love to see 20 4a In the playoffs. you guys have a great district.
GOOD LUCK IN PLAYOFFS P.N.G AND CENTRAL
IMO if you are, for instance, a 5-5 team and you commit several TO's and win a close game like this, sure lady luck may have played a part of it.  But when a team goes in to a game 9-0 and has the same breakdowns, it's time to settle down, regroup mentally and start drawing upon the strengths that got you there in the first place.

Central will play Goose Creek Memerial (sp?) at the Babe next Friday night in the playoffs.

    Y?
I think Central and GC Memorial flipped on homefield...  and I guess that they lost...
Soulja, after next Friday night, that won't be the only thing they lost  ;D
  3. Definitely the best game I have been to in a long time! Both schools have great fan support because it was a packed house. Central's coaches did a great job this week preparing defensive schemes to contain the PN-G offense.  The Jags QB has a really strong arm and the RB's hit the holes as hard as anyone I have seen play this year. Good game Jags!  There is nothing to hang your heads about.  The playoffs start next week and everyone is 0-0.

As for Indians, congratulations to the new District Champs!  From 3-6 to 10 - 0.  Very nice turnaround!  Very few thought you guys had a chance to make the playoffs this year, much less win the crown and go undefeated in doing so. That never say die attitude should take you far in the playoffs.  Just need to work out some kinks and stop the turnovers, which were costly at times tonight.

    GO DAWGS!!
Ron, why the change of heart?  I've been reading your posts?  Former Dawg yourself?
No there are just certain teams I like. I like Nederland this year because they've shown a lot of character coming back from losing Bellows. However, i'm not going to buy an English Bulldog pup today and name him Ned or anything...
LMAO! Ron, you are always good for a laugh! Keep doing what you do.

png way overrated. one and done.
Against Barbers Hill??????
I see PN-G advancing to the game where they play the 24-4A champ (3rd round)
If they win that one, they just might get to the semifinals.
That's the way I see it as well.  At this point, anyone who is saying PN-G isn't for real or hasn't played anybody, is clueless.  The PN-G/Central game is going to be one for the ages IMO.

I have not said anything about Evadale's ranking in the AP or the SETX poll in a few weeks, but this makes 5 weeks that the Rebels have at least appeared in the AP listings.

Not too shabby for an unbeaten team from the weakest district in Texas!

#12 and moving on up!  Keep it up Rebs

Callalen's loss to Flour Bluff wass no fluke. Flour Bluff should have had more respect from the pollsters before this win. They are now 7-1 with the only loss being the season opener to a good 5A Houston Lamar team. They have blown just about everyone else out.

Abilene Cooper was a 5A power for years that just dropped to 4A.

Kerville Tivy has been a 4A playoff regular for years.
I agree.  Abilene Cooper and Flour Bluff are no slouches and have good history.  I also noticed that #12 Brenham beat Conroe Caney Creek 34-0.  This is the same CCC team that Livingston beat 63-20 last month.
