Over the years I’ve watched our towns grow and watch how you kids have became cool and support each other even practice with each other to make each other better. That’s what it’s all about at the end of the day neither team will ever compete against each other in a game that matters other than pride. If the DAWGS start the game like they did last night Newton will have that much in the first quarter. Fortunately, the rest of the game 6 pts. more is all Palestine was able to get. 8 of those 22 I must point out were not on the defense. A safety and a td were results of bad/high snaps on punt attempts. TyAnthony Smith will be back in the line up on defense after not playing the past 2 weeks. His presence on the field has been missed.

Defensive battles like this one are always fun to watch. 😉
