  1. Correct. Liberty, Katy, Lake Creek and Pearland all won State. BH beat all four of these State Champion teams, three of them by blowouts. BH 11, Liberty 0 BH 2, Katy 1 BH 10, Lake Creek 2 BH 10 Pearland 0 BH did not just dominate the whole state. BH dominated the State Champions from five largest divisions in the state. And the whole team (except for one player) is coming back. Eagles soared.
  2. It's possible but somewhat unlikely to meet Katy. They are likely in the 6A-1 bracket most times, and BH very very likely to be in 6A-ll. I would think.
  3. I hope so. Logistically its excellent. I do think BH will want to generally avoid teams they can ten run rule, though. I know BH loves playing Katy for example. Katy always pushes BH. BH wants to play the best competition in the whole state they can find.
  4. I thought that we were discussing this year, not last. You left out BH ten run ruled LaPorte twice, and BH did not pitch our ace in every single game earlier in the year. BH is not ranked #1 in the nation by accident. As for the thought about seeing BH "next year", do note that BH loses just one Senior. Just. One.
  5. Looks like Liberty had two 10 run rule games in the playoffs. Most of BH's playoff wins were by ten run rule. Macie Bryant threw a perfect game, no baserunners at all, and has had several no hitters too. I know Liberty is smaller but BH also beat Liberty 11-0 early in the season. Great, great season for Liberty!
  6. Macie Bryant pitches another no hitter. Maddie Ray ends it with a grand slam in the 5th!
  7. This team is a BEAST! Multiple 10 run rule wins through the playoffs!
  8. BH wins 11-1 in 5th! On to State.
  9. BH cranked out 4 bombs and took game one 8-1.
  10. BH just hired Brent Kunefke, formerly of Cuero, Katy, and most recently HC of Clear Creek the past 15 years.
  11. State Semifinals BH vs. #8 Leander Game 1, Wednesday, 6 pm at Waller Game 2, Thursday, 6 pm at Waller Game 3, Saturday 12 noon at Waller
  12. Speaking of Miles. if you haven't seen him in an interview he is very soft spoken, gentlemanly, and professional. I have watched HISD people make absolute fools of themselves on TV trying to shout him down. One slur they repetitively called him was "the Grand Wizard of the KKK". Funny thing is, Miles is half black and half Asian. What a bunch of racist idiots!
