Missed last night games because I was watching the girls on senior night. How about my Mustangs sweeping the night from the bobcats. Both hard fought games until the end. Enjoy seeing my Stangs do their thang. Boys are starting to play together, @Boneyard Boys we're going to be a tough game for whoever we play coming up. Wilson has our boys playing together. Going to be fun against an always tough Tigers team Friday. I know I will be there

@Benchwarmer9 no breaks here from me. This is my home and he showed our boys no love or respect. Dude called his on player out on Facebook for the world to see as being weak. Same kid is flourishing under coaches now. He had fake discipline dude would shake other kids hand from the other team after my nephew won and give hugs to the coaches and then verbally abuse our boys. Wilson is tough be he always there for our boys and puts them first. Why did Barstow get ran off, now the facts before you defend. He mistreated our boys. So no sympathy here, he cheated my nephew out of a senior season.

Barstow ran all the kids out of the gym. His first year he started with 40 kids in the gym and barely suited up two full teams. Disgusted me, we are still recovering from that clown.

Mustangs Baby!!! Sweeping the Bears boys and girls tonight and it feels so goooooddd! Seriously our boys finally got back in the gym Saturday after playing BC and Lumberton with our JV. Wilson gets them ready, scary he’s bringing a lot back with a good JV squad filled with freshman. WOS Basketball future is bright with Bethea and Wilson. Coach T finally invested in some basketball guys, Hancock was the last one because Barstow just wasted our talent.

Bethea has them going. He’s Wilson’s brother in law and they only do basketball. We have to fix our junior high program with new coaches to help these guys out. My Stangs beat the Bears up tonight. Boys and girls. We bout to show people we can play your but off in football and now the hardwood. The longer these guys stay the better we will be. How bout those Mustangs!!!

Correct CDC did not make the call is what I’ve herd. I was told it was WOCCISD if so the teams that played Silsbee before my Mustangs would be notified as well. Our district screwed our girls in Volleyball but did everything to keep football going. We had positive cases on the coaching staff, players all season and we alllowed them to play. Double standard in Orange County.

If they traced properly then why aren’t other schools that Silsbee played sitting out @Benchwarmer9

Football is what all of these AD’s care about. Especially at WOS, I played for WOS in the 80’s and if you were an athlete and did not play football then you were ridiculed. We don’t have a athletic director we have a football coach bottom line and that’s why we don’t win at anything else consistently.

My Stangs played with mostly freshman and JV. Two varsity players that done get much PT. It was a joke and the school should have been ashamed. Silsbee had the positive cases and this shouldn’t have been done to our boys. Football should have been shut down if the truth were told but this is why we don’t keep coaches in other sports. Sad day for my Mustangs.

My Mustangs gave Silsbee a taste of that pressure. It was a hard fought game by a pretty young Mustangs team that have a lot coming back and they just got into Coach Wilson's system. You guys have a good Tigers squad that is young but I wouldn't sleep on my Mustangs. I keep telling you guys these boys play hard for Wilson, don't be suprised if they get hot and go on a run. Good game Tigers, I'm glad my Mustangs are playing tough on the hardwood again.

All Great Players mentioned above but how about Travessa Gant WOS. Also Laquan Stallworth from Silsbee. All above are great and fun to watch.

I've been saying Wilson is the real deal, a basketball guy in a football school. He makes it work because he loves the football kids and wants them to play football first. He's tuf but fair and his players feed off of his energy. I saw it with the girls last year and now no suprise with the boys this year. What I respect about him the most is that he is in the community with our young people. He's always at the school working with the youngsters.

My Mustangs are starting to play some ball. I think they still have a lot of room to get better to. We play Nederland next and that will help us get better win or lose.

Don't think this will be a blowout. I have Yates because they're at home by 9, neutral site LCM may upset them. No Fans favor LCM.

I was referring to post about him months back when someone on here was making jabs his way. If you can coach, then you can coach. Seen this guy at the youth level for years and now he's having same success in highschool sports. He's going to be a good one and we're happy to have him here at WOS.

No surprise here I keep telling everyone Wilson gets kids playing hard. Crazy we have more interest at WOS in basketball then I have seen in my 47 years around the school. He's a great coach that pushes our boys and girls. Not bad for a girls coach as someone referred to earlier on here. Girls or boys Wilson can coach. My Mustangs are not going to be a pushover that's for shure. Every where a basketball is being bounced junior high, high school girls or boys Wilson is there preaching the basics.

WOS played Rusk tonight in Rusk. Not sure of the score but know my Stangs won

Going to be a battle for my neighboring bears across town. LCM is solid but missing the inside presence IMO but that being said LCM by 2 at home.

Made the trip tonight and my Mustangs will be fine. Difference in the game was we fouled them 24 times and they fouled us 9 the whole night and only 2 times in the second half. Both teams pressed and from what I saw they weren't going to let the Mustangs get away with anything. On a neutral court I thing my Mustangs win by 15. Even with all of this we had shots to win.

We have bigs this year and some good pieces but we need a PG.

3's haven't been killing the boys this year. Our boys have been killing themselves with turnovers. We have to handle the ball better.

We have Jasper in Jasper tomorrow, then Tuesday Tarkington. Open the district Dec 18th vs LCM.

Fans have not been allowed into WOS games. I do know that Huffman is solid this year and #10 and #40 are good players and the whole team understands their system. Wilson has our boys playing hard but when I talked to him a few days ago he said he trying to find the right chemistry having them football boys in the mix. We look good in warmups for sure but are a step behind right now, Wilson will get them right.

Solid team no doubt but a lot of jawing and pushing. Mustangs for sure has to clean up but a lot was caught in retaliation. I personally thought the refs had it out for one of our players from the tip.

My Mustangs was not ready for that hostile environment and they did not get 9 techs. They got 3 and 2 were total BS. HF should have received just as many but officials didn't want to show up to breakfast at the local coffee shop doing that. The Stangs will get better but no doubt HF is the better team right now and will be hard to handle this season.
