So are you saying we don't need to spend money on education which is only up 1.3%. please elaborate...of all people our teachers have one of the most important jobs of all....."teaching our future leaders"   my main concern is GENERAL GOVERNMENT up 11.4% and foreign affairs up 15.4% along with the others in RED

I agree with that....one is better than none.   Though it is a minority, but I would say that btw 4 and 8 people would carry one on each campus in BMT ISD......and I bet that number would go up for the surrounding school districts.  And I say that because I am very well connected to most schools in the BMT ISD as well as the surrounding schools.   I also believe that someone in the front office should carry one. 

big girl do you teach your child to be personal responsible for his own behavior, his own choices,   are you teaching him that when he gets out into the real world to be personal responsible for his daily living and not rely on the govt or anyone else.  Are you teaching him to be personal responsible for his future family (if he so chooses to have one) are you teaching him that he is responsible to provide for that family.   IF so hats off to you

I don't watch any of those stations.   I listen and watch the actions and words spoken by our political leaders.   All news outlets spin things.....

also back in my day (in high school) we could have our rifles/shotguns in our vehicle because we would go hunting after school and sometimes before.....dove, duck, squirrel, deer, hog, etc....   and guess what......we never had any issues.   but sense times have changed and we have allowed our younger generations to sit and play violent gaming systems that have our young minds shooting up people and blowing up buildings its probably not a good thing to have our children armed at the school because a lot of parents have let these violent gaming systems and movies to be babysitters to the highest degree.

I don't watch FOX news nor CNN     as far as political leaders I see what their own actions and words are on today's issues.

and your response is elementary.   my 9 year old is a very good shot and he also knows how to properly unload and load a a weapon as well as safely use the weapon.   its called teaching.   maybe you prefer for the children to not be protected......and if so.....shame on you.

Didn't know and don't care....   white, black, green, purple..... its a form of racism in my opinion when someone or group of people are going to name their group or organization with the word "white" or "black"

Defend your guy no matter what.........is that what it has come to....   There are several issues that BUSH screwed up on when he was in office and I won't defend him because he's a rep.   Can you say the same about your beloved "brother"????
