Unpatriotic. the way our society is going is unpatriotic There are moments in one's life where you have to make an UNPOPULAR choice....ridicule, laughed at, persecuted, etc will follow. And what is your definition of the "greatest nation"....MONEY, Technology, health care, constant change to constitution,.....A debt that will never get paid, where the entertainment industry is portrayed as semi gods of be all end all. Where others put in hard work to support those that don't. where murdering babies is ok. where our prison systems are maxed out. gay marriage is allowed. where our vets struggle with getting jobs and health care treatment . WHere teachers, police, fireman are severely underpaid while politicians and entertainers fill their pockets. Im very thankful for are forefathers and the past bravery of all our soldiers. What they stood for is not where this country is headed. Its easy to refuse to see what is actually happening and where we are headed if you ve been swallowed by this great CHANGE liberal ways will eventually catch up to you/country.

Id rather weather a storm now than have my children/grandchildren living in a communist/socialist country.

I am thinking of the future generations. Not myself and what I will get from a decision like this. If it did happen it would definitely be more downs than ups the first 10 to 15 years. Question. Would you rather go down the path this Fed Govt is going or try to impact a real character change that will be difficult but worth it for the future generations.

I believe they need us more than we need them. Given the way things are going is the reason I post something like this. I also believe we could handle the south border better than the feds. Federal Govt do not represent the citizens anymore and haven't for quite sometime.

Great Post. And yes you can't generalize it I know there are good coaches out there on the AAU circuit whose soul intention is for the development of the player on both sides of the ball. Im making my points on what I ve seen and the kids I have worked with that play AAU. Need more of you and less of the other. Thank you for hard work and dedication.

I can see that, and again we ve allowed PRO sports to dictate this do to the $. And we all know the percentage of bankrupt/broke former NBA players. SELF PROMOTION is more important thanTEAM PROMOTION = instant, but short success in the grand scheme. I would rather my kid learn to be part of a TEAM, which means work together. Than become a selfish individual on the court as well as off.

so unless your 7 foot in high school no body should play the post. oh wait there are6'8" to 7 foot guards in the NBA/college. We better do away with the post game ASAP. AAU and School ball are totally two different animals. AAU is about individual promotion(selfishness). School is about TEAM(unity). in School ball its about whats best for the team not individual. I am not knocking AAU ball....I think its great that kids can continue to play organized ball year around Both have their pros and cons
