When the back ups come in that dont get to play much they want to show their worth.... Make no mistake about it... Franklin pulled starters by half in most of those games.... Franklin started kicking field goals in some of those games so the back ups would stop scoring tds.... Franklin has talent everywhere.... Alot of the back ups are just as good as the starters..... What are you supposed to tell the back ups? Stop playing? Some of these games could have been 135 to 0 easily..... Coaches down by 50 at half and still dont want a running clock... That's on them swallow your pride and run the dang clock

Franklin jv finished 9-1 on the season with their only lost coming to 5a college station 1st team jv by 1 point Franklin 8th finished with a district championship tonite as well as the 7th grade who went undefeated this year.... Hats off to the 7th 8th and jv teams all bringing home the district championship

Teague is young this year... They lost 20+ seniors they have a new oline and dline.. Almost everyone in the skill position is new and alot of new faces on defense... They did bring back their qb and your right they have turned it around lots of the young ones have stepped up

I agree you can be 10-0 and get bounced in the first round... Happen to a couple of teams last year... Its great that you got a district championship but when do you want more? Region champ? State finalist? State Champions? I will say madisonville had a good season last year so woodville was prolly goin off of that by playing them this season but sometimes it just dont work out that way... We didnt know navasota was goin to be down when they scheduled us the last 2 years

Dist 9 looks pretty good on paper but idk if its false hope this year or not.... Ex. Franklin played lorena and lost 20 to 30 in a close game... Teague lost to lorena 49 to 7... Cameron beat mexia by about 14 and teague lost to mexia something like 49 to 7... Teague is in a 4 way tie for first in their dist... Either the dist is down and everyone is playing about the same level or everyone has kicked it up a notch... Dist 9 is a mystery to me right now we will know more about dist 9 after the first round when they play cameron troy and rockdale

We went to state 3 years ago and this team this year could possibly be even better then the 2015 team... We have never had this many running backs that were just as good as the starting running back... 6 running backs that all can take it to the house at any given time plus got wr's and te that got good hands... Defense is has good team speed over all and everyone has a nose for the ball... First round yall will draw either franklin diboll or crockett 2nd round you will get either rockdale teague grandview west or whitney.... Not sure ec makes it out of the 1st round then have to deal with the 2nd round teams

Franklin pass game has improved throughout the years... They have thrown the ball more this year then they ever have other then the 2015 season... They keep you honest and on your toes because the have some players with good hands this year and can throw if they need to... Also tell me a team that does do well against a well disciplined defense... Defense wins championship
