I said the same thing... Newton fans got cocky talking about blowing this team out and how they could win 3ad1 this year. They counted their chickens before they hatched. I remember when Franklin was told that Canadian was going to blow them out in 2020 and wasn't given a chance. If not for a missed fg Franklin could have 3 peat. Wall is better then people let them to believe. Anyone who beats Gunter has a stout team.

Wall was at state in track and got 2nd in the 2×200, won a baseball championship, went deep in basketball and football. Wall definitely has athletes. Most don't want to give them credit because they are west trxas.

Don't forget that these will be for all sports now. Who ever is in your football district will also be in other sports as well now. Only the non football school would be added in. At least that is what im being told. We will have d1 and d2 in 1a-5a. 6a will stay the same.

That was my thinking as well.... Moving up teams like Woodville, Holliday, ect from 3ad2 and moving teams like Orangefield up from 3ad1 to 4ad2 and keeping sinton 4ad2 for this next realignment.

have you thought about what most schools cut offs would be? 3ad2/3ad1 ect? 525 seems like a good number imo

Im notsure he has the resources that tell him the amount of students loss. But then again he could be completely right and we all wrong. I mean he has been doing this for years.

They stayed the same last realignment and will most likely drop. Over 11,000 less kids this go around and most of the drop is 4a and under. I have seen multiple schools lose 50+ kids in the last two years.

He for sure is and he is the best player on the field even over the 3 star player imo. Yoakum got a steal when he and his brothers moved there from Marlin/Waco.

I did see some hardin fans say that Yoakum only beat Hitchcock by 4 and that they have the region final in the bag... saw that on Facebook as well. Can't look to far ahead.

Our #1 cb didn't play in the first half either. We didn't even try to put pressure till 2nd half. Defense played vanilla and didn't show much and neither did the offense. We have played the #1 qb in the nation this year but its been a while since we got pushed a little. Franklin dominated from the start. Only group that disagrees with this statement are from the setx area. Qb went 13-29 most completions in the 1st half. This game could have been way worst.

I know Franklin finished with 538 total yards... in the first 52 rushing attempts only 3 were caught behind the line and 25 went for 7 yards or more OF QB went 13-29 330 yards passing

how are we not as good? seriously? We played Celina closer then any one this season. Beat Houston Legacy that took PAM to the wire. Maybe we didn't have to show everything... Maybe we played vanilla or maybe your right but what I do know is that Mark Fannin will have this kids ready next week for who ever we play. So anyone that has wanted could watch. 409 falls to franklin yet again. If we lose out in this region it will be to the only other team that will win this region in Columbus.

lol Franklin dominated that game from start to finish. Give Orangefield credit they played great but by saying franklin is not very good what would that make Orangefield? Didn't live up to the hype? They put up more points on Orangefield then anyone this season including the 4ad1 team that is still playing all with only two total passes. Orangefield qb was putting passes on a dot and not much you can do when he puts them to where only his wr's can catch them. How do you figure they are over ranked? Maybe Hardin and Orangefield is better then you gave your own area credit for. I actually predicted the final to be 63-35 and if it wasn't for that block in the back I would have been spot on. Orangefield Avg PPG is 38 and they scored 34 so they were pretty close to meeting it.
