Good question...there seems to be a lot of questions about the 11 elite glads...Here is one for Morgan who keeps avoiding it---why haven't they moved up to major??? It only took the Whitecaps a few months before they were moved to elite. Is it because they are wanting to win the World Series in their hometown?? Maybe that is why some teams haven't entered the WS..what is it 9 teams now entered and it is a week away?? I wouldn't be surprised if some of the ones that are entered now withdraw their entry. (Lot of money (entry fee) for so few of teams to be entered)

Not saying anymore about this subject..MMS?? (Mauriceville Middle School) ......wonder why there is a lack of unity...hum..... anyway lots of schools around here have traditional colors that they use...ex..orangefield - orange and white no black and it is a certain orange..BC red and white no black..PNG purple and white and some are upset with the use of black this year in their helmets..Jasper has a certain red they use along with black ect..... LCM just needs to choose it and stick with it across all campuses...year after year.... Go Bears can't wait to see the new look..last post on this topic..

Totally agree with you on sticking with the true LCM H.S. color scheme.. It also looks bad when we have two junior highs that DON'T even match the H.S. color scheme. Little Cypress is kelly green and gold and Mauriceville is purple and gold. It's time for admin. to step in and say all schools will be this color. Unity is the key to become successful in the future....

I wonder if he went back to the traditional vegas gold and Dark green?? LCM seems to have a problem with what green and gold to use...............kelly green, gold or hunter green, vegas gold.....hum.....which one will he choose..........

Only reason why I asked the question is because my son played AAA and I do not want to worry about it if is is just AA. They say once your AAA you can't go back to AA. I don't suppose you would know the anser to that one. It would help me out a lot knowing if you can or can't play back down.

Do you know if the 11 yr old whitecap team will be having tryouts. Are they moving up to AAA??

What about 11 year olds? Who will be the coaches for that age group also what classification will the team be AA AAA Major??

I'm beginning to think that some parents on here have an issue with select ball. It hasn't been addressed that much on this thread but it has on previous ones. If as you say some of these teams are better than select teams then I will be the first to ask each player on these teams to look for the upcoming post of tryouts that are going to be held aound August and September. You will have some good teams looking for some good talent..(Big Red Machine, Big Red Heat, GT Yellow Jackets, Franchise, Huricanes, Texas Roughriders, Gladiators, Whitecaps, to many others to name)..I also wouldn't be surprised if you have seen or will see some of these coaches at your tournament. I usually go and watch bcll but with all this thread going I'm thinking of watching this game between orange and vidor. Can someone please tell me the approximate time & place of this game. Also can someone give some of the names of the kids that possibly will be pitching for these two teams..
