Who you picking for West Hardin vs Daisetta game & by what score?

We've got the West Harding at Hull-Daisetta game coming up, every year it's the same talk. What is your opinion about a teams 30+ years of history & tradition versus the current season?  Does it really make any difference on the outcome?

Ever notice how some of the HD people start sounding like the teacher in the old Peanuts cartoons: Wah Wah Wah Wah Wah, Wah Wah Wah Wah tradition.    ::)  Also funny, how we didn't hear any of that stuff until the Bobcats won their last few games.

Gotta love how everyone Homers up!  ::) I dont see a blowout by either team! Lets see what some none Saratoga/Daisetta people have to say about the game, get an outsiders view.  Because each of our sides will pick our own side to win.

I'd like to request that KFDM have a camera man at the West Hardin vs Hull-Daisetta game.  Always a good rivalry game and should produce some good TV highlights.

Alright Ladies, settle down!  Let's get back to the subject at hand and that's West Hardin winning this year against the Bobcats. Last week vs West Sabine I didn't make a prediction because I wasn't sure of what Oiler team was going to show up.  Two very key turnovers were the deciding factor in our loss to the Tigers.  Say it was injuries or whatever, but West Sabine did just run up and down the field scoring at will like many anticipated, my Oiler defense looked really good most of the night.  Only one blown pass coverage for a Tiger TD. There is no doubt that the Oilers & Bobcats will bring their very best to this game and it should be very exciting game to watch.  I think Bobcat 55 is a little off on the score, I don't think it's going to shoot out at all.  I can see more of a defensive struggle in this one.  All of the Oilers are healthy finally! [/quote] We do have some lingering injuries and ann illness bug was floating around, but they just fell apart against Lovelady & had a few too many mistakes against West Sabine.  We'll see how the players feel on Monday, but should be more than ready for the Bobcats on Friday. It's Do or Die for these last two games, we've got to win to make the playoffs.

Ok folks, it really stinks that we lost the game tonight.  However on the positive side, my Oilers never quit. Our Offense was able to move the ball really well, but some untimely penalties & ill timed interceptions proved to be our down fall against West Sabine. Our Defense looked really good, back to the ball swarming team I've watched earlier this year.  Just a few big plays were given up, WS's 1st TD is an example.  Our CB broke inside & the WR went out to the corner wide open. West Hardin intercepted W.S. and drove the field down to the 6yd line, then trying to hit an out pattern for the game tying TD was intercepted by #5 of WS and ran back to their 15yd line. Even though my boys lost, I for one am exteremly proud of them for fighting back.  Going to be a great game in Daisetta next Friday!  Looking forward to it, because we have to win out to make the playoffs.
